Bad customer service. Staffs were dragging their feets here. Had to wait over 20 minutes ish just to drop off a labeled FedEx package

Well i thought was a FedEx site but is inside of another company so is little confusing but the lady in there was very polite and she is very attentive everything was very fast and easy ....the place just needs to make it more easy for people to find out where or who is the people that handle FedEx business.

Horrible customer service as soon as I walked in I was told there is no more room to accept my package for delivery. Never heard of that, like you couldn't put it on the next run. I guess it was too much work.

Package was set up for shipment quickly. I was in and out the door in under 5 mins. I have been to this location several times. Their customer service is the best. I will definitely be back.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT work here they are trash. Go to Amazon. GTS is a part of fed ex and it’s trash they don’t pay what they say and they don’t care about throwing you to the wolves. The supervisor is trash bad all the way around
