Amazing customer service! I go to them quarterly to get books printed for our board meeting. They are always very welcoming and are able to get the job done without an issue.

Absolutely horrible customer service and policy. Wouldn't let me pickup a package addressed to my wife and our business even though I had her ID, had all the tracking numbers and shipping information coming to my phone, and documents proving that we owned the business together. I will literally seek any other method to get packages in the future.

Won't be visiting this location anymore. The girls that work here don't seem to care about customer service at all. No " how are you" , no " thank you" no "please come again". NOTHING! The one at the register rang me up, and I told her don't worry about the change, and she looked at me and turned to the new customer. The gentleman with the ponytail was the only person to even acknowledge me.
