Super great experience here! Extremely nice staff. The banner I ordered for work wasn’t available so upgraded to the nicer one without an up-charge. Then they personally emailed me when it was ready. FedEx locations within a hotel are typically more expensive in my experience so I was aware of that before choosing and it didn’t bother me.

This location charges a drop off fee on top of shipping fees which is absolutely ridiculous

Charged a $20 “drop off fee” for my package that was already labeled and paid for. What a scam! $20 for doing literally nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Completely unacceptable. Do not use this location for any shipping needs. We used this location after a convention held at the hotel where you can give them your items you got there to ship off. Not only do they overcharge they also took our items and did not use a correctly sized box or use any packaging material at all. Horrible service and horrible quality. Our games were a jumbled, crushed, and broken mess when they arrived at our home. There was no paper, styrofoam, or bubble wrap in the box with the games. Nothing. The box itself was also ripped on arrival. We took a picture immediately after opening it.

Significant per pound shipping fee for being in the hotel.It certainly wasn't convenient for me since I wasn't staying at the hotel. There was no parking, no signs, and a pain to get to under ground when carrying boxes.Best find another location if you are not already staying at the hotel.

Terrible location for shipments. You have to leave your car with the Hyatt hotel and carry your package inside and up escalator to get to the FedEx.

Super convenient location. The building's valet staff will watch your car while you run in and do your business without charging you. The staff are friendly and prompt. Location is a bit hidden but just ask anyone and they'll direct you on your way.

This place charges way extra from what other FedEx locations charge. I'm not paying $30 or more than I would pay anyone else. In fact the surcharge from the location to the street is the same cost as they charge me to transport it across the country. Makes no sense. Go elsewhere
