Don’t come here - you will get ripped off. I came and requested a piece of paper to be laminated. They gave me a price/cost to have it done, it was reasonable so I agreed to move forward and have it done. Upon completion of the item, they told me the total I owed was double what they originally quoted me. Instead of apologizing, taking accountability for something that was their fault, or at leastattempting to find a resolution - with attitude and frustration they informed me there was nothing they could do. Rightfully I declined. It complete waste of my time and paper.

I have had a problem every single time I’ve been to this location. Employees are rude, print/fax machines do not work properly, the store is in disarray. When you ask for assistance it feels as if you’re inconveniencing the staff. It took 30 min for a print job that should have taken less than 5. And this has been my experience every time I’ve been to this location.

FedEx delivery guy just throw packages. Will be contacting Fedex and CB2 directly - unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. My CB2 item that took weeks to deliver was completely shattered upon arrival when delivery guy threw it to the ground - Ring doorbell caught everything

Spencer from the print center was SUCH a help to us! We had a massive print order for our wedding and he made it so easy, and everything was great quality.

I hate having to come here. The lines are always long and the staff never bothers to pick up the slack. So there might be a line snaking around the store but only one person to process packages. Meanwhile, the other eight or so employees are doing... something else? And that's if they acknowledge you at all. I've been the only person there and no one offers to help or even comes to the front. I've had to call the store from the floor to tell someone to come to the front to help me. Also, don't bother with the self-service kiosk. Naturally it never works. This place is a pit of frustration and despair.

Wish there was a zero star option. The wait time to be serviced is horrendous. This location seems to be fully staffed with zero support to customers. Would not recommend.

Conveniently located. Printer not friendly to use because of their card prepayment method. Friendly staff but it took a long time to get what I needed

On May 2, 2023 I dropped off the package at this FedEx location... got email confirmation that package was dropped off.On May 3, 2023 another package was dropped off. On May 10, 2023 I dropped off again another package at this location, got email confirmation as well.Then on May 13, 2033 I dropped off another package and again got email confirmation that package was dropped off. On May 17, 2023 (two weeks later) FedEx called us and said that the country on the label is not correct. They kept our first package for over 2 weeks. Second package with the same label address was delivered to Dubai in 3 days. So they held 3 packages at this location until I picked them up on May 18. In the past we shipped multiple packages to Dubai as in Saudi Arabia even it's U.A.E. since FedEx website was constantly making changes to their web and automatically added the country. Finally, it's all good. But we kept making the same labels for over 2 month. Today I went to this location and asked what took them so long to report issues with the labels and the manager of this location said that I only dropped off the package yesterday. Even that I have email confirmation when I dropped off the packages and they have cameras and still that person was looking into my face and decided blame me for dropping off packages a day before May 18. Completely dishonest and not reliable person.

I never received my package because I was told they delivered it but no one was there to sign for the package. I was home all day and no one knocked on my door! Because FedEx only uses bot’s to answer the phone, I couldn’t speak to a live agent. FedEx is a horrible place to do business with!

Went in asking them to trim down some art prints that were just over 8x10. I explained they needed 1/8” trimmed from each side since the prints clearly had a blank 1/8” space all around them. Instead they trimmed 1/4” off of one side. This was after I asked them if they understood what I was asking for. They told me not to worry about paying for it. Free cuts doesn’t really solve the problem that the art prints are now ruined. She just shrugged at me and said “sorry”.
