Cassie was so incredibly awesome! I placed multiple large orders I needed day-of, and she called me more than once to make sure I ordered exactly what I wanted on the right paper, and she saved me from ordering something I didn't need. She had wonderful customer service and literally saved me that day. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

This FedEx location has wonderful employees. Cassie is so personable, she makes a practical business errand, an upbeat experience. The whole team is solution-oriented, which saves me time and frustration. I prefer FedEx over UPS, because they deliver earlier in the same day when shipping overnight, so my clients aren't left waiting as long for the package, and the FedEx express box is included in the shipping price, so I don't feel nickel and dimed.

Don’t come to this location to print business cards. I have gone to other FedEx locations and they always help me with my business cards and this lady was trying to charge me 7.99 extra from I always pay 10.99 not include tax. Her excuse was that my documents set up was not correct. This is an error because how is that the other 6 FedEx locations I go around Dallas never had a problem with setup!Mind you I went to the greenville Lovers FedEx in Greenville after this bad experience. They were amazing my document was perfect. They said they had no problems a smooth service.

Wow- I get it though - it's minimum wage and you have to wear those silly shirts but the service here is so incredibly bad it's comical- I had to get some legal briefs printed while working a murder case and visited this location six times in seven days.The rudeness was Epic, every single day , four different employees, were so rude it became predictable and funny.Except it's not that damn funny, when you are trying to get some work done.

Cassie and Ri were amazing. We came with an urgent printing task, and they delivered it immediately. Also, they kindly replied my many doubts, always with a smile and willingness to help. Bonus! They let our team work in the store. Thank you both so much!

The staff was incredibly friendly. I had to print and bind 10 presentation decks as well as 1 large property layout poster. The ladies there were super accommodating. They got everything printed and bound in 45 mins. I'm incredibly thankful, y'all came in clutch.

This store is wonderful; the manager Rianna went above and beyond to make sure an order of mine was finished early and shipped without me even needing to return to their store! They are truly excellent.

This is literally the only FedEx that does things correctly and goes above and beyond. My first experience printing with FedEx was at this location. Now I’m severely disappointed anytime I go elsewhere. The corporate location in frisco needs to take notes and get on HP level. This location is a far drive for me but they are stocked, staff problem solves, and they get things done super fast. Love y’all!!

Had to go to here for an online return that needed a QR code scanned. I didn't have to wait long to be helped by Kanjh (forgive me if I misspelled your name!). Everything went smoothly and I was out the door soon. One problem I did have was finding an actual FedEx store, not an authorized store. I went to two different stores that were mailbox businesses and not an actual FedEx store. At one of the mailbox places I asked where an actual FedEx store was located in Dallas and was directed to this store. Mailbox businesses can't process a return that requires a QR code scan so, that's why I needed to visit an actual retailer. When I typed in FedEx store to my map app, it shows every FedEx authorized location. I didn't realize they were really mailbox businesses bc the GPS didn't show the actual name of the location on the map - just FedEx. I know I'm not technically savvy so maybe I missed something that showed the name of the business but at the time, I didn't notice it, if there is.

I went here to get a passport photo taken and to mail out my renewal application. The employee who was working there, Nika, was extremely rude. She sighed loudly every time I asked a question. She was livid that I added a folder to my order from the items along the wall, which took ten seconds at most. She refused to let me use her stapler to attach the passport photo to my application, and refused to attach it herself, so I had to buy a stapler just to use once. This was by far the most unpleasant retail interaction I’ve ever had in my life. Nika wasn’t just unhelpful, she was hostile. This FedEx Kinkos location clearly doesn’t bother to train employees or care at all about their customers. Its amazing how something simple like getting a passport photo taken can be turned into such an awful experience. I’m never going back to this location, and I’d encourage everyone else to go somewhere that values it’s customers as well.
