I had to ship one what I hope will be the saddest and most important package of my life today (a handmade urn for a loved one in another state). I didn't dare pack it myself; decided to go here and throw myself on the mercy of a professional to help me get it safely from point a to point b, because it's legitimately irreplaceable. I called ahead and talked with Jonetta, who told me she could pack it for me and said to come on in. I did, and I'm not playing when I say that she took as much care as if she were a funeral director, and checked in with me to let me know what the handling would be like while she was working, allowed me to watch her pack, and let me know as she was working what she was doing and why. My package was done so securely that I have total confidence it will arrive safely, and she was unbelievably kind and transparent, compassionate, efficient. While she was working, another customer came in with his OWN rememberance that was as important to him as mine was to me, and she managed to work with both of us with absolute grace, while he and I shared stories about our late loved ones. I hope she has a wonderful career anywhere she decides to be, she'd be right at home on a cancer ward working with patients and families, but I'm so grateful that she was there. Thank you, Jonetta, there's no words for how much your kindness and professionalism meant to me today.

I used this FedEx location to drop off WalMart returns for their partnership with FedEx.
Each item had a QR code, but the lady working insisted that she only needed to scan one item per package. Thus only three of my eight QR codes were scanned.
Now I have yet to receive confirmation of the return from WalMart and I spent 30 min chatting with their customer assistance.
I need confirmation from FedEx’s end to close it out. Their employees should be familiar enough with the process if they are going to assist with and accept returns.

Needed to make copies of some documents, I was having a challenging time working the kiosk/printer. Arturo the associate of FedEx noticed I was probably looking confused and he assisted me on showing me how to work the copier. Thank you Arturo for your time, customer service and patience, God bless you.

Jonetta was so helpful to my mother! She is wonderful. She took the time to research where to drop off the package. She called to verify the address. She printed out directions for her. She went above and beyond and even gave out her phone number in case she need something. Thank you so much!

Apparently their standard overnight delivery cut off is before 1:45pm because my perishable package of donor breastmilk was not shipped/delivered within 24 hours like it was supposed to be and now almost 500oz of breastmilk has been ruined.The employee should have informed us of this upon dropping off the package. Especially since the box said perishable all over it!

I had a unique issue with my packages. Upon ordering something from Walmart the shipping address ended up being my work address. I was unable to stop the process from Walmart and was told to just have my packages held at a FedEx location. When I arrived at the location I presented my ID, email with receipt, and corresponding emails about this issue. I was then told, this being the only time that I was told this, that the shipping address has to match my ID. Then I was told that I needed something with my name and that address as well. Luckily I had my tax forms. This was frustrating, time consuming, the employees weren't trying to listen. My name wasn't even right on the packages but I had to provide documentation with that address. If that is your measure of security your really doing it wrong.

Don't waste your time sending print jobs here. I sent my print job and was given a 11am pick up time for the following day. When I showed up at 11:17am, they told me they had to send it to a different location, 27 minutes across town. When asked if they would be bringing it back to the location I was picking up from before 2pm they said they couldn't guarantee it. I was given no calls or email updates to inform me that my print order wasn't ready as expected and that I wouldn't receive it on time if I couldn't drive myself across town to get it. Terrible customer service with zero communication. Had to waste an extra hour of my day just to get an order that was supposed to be there

FedEx is by far the worst. They screwed up my delivery because their delivery driver couldn’t “ find “ my mailbox. I have never had any issues receiving a package here before this. Then they send it to the location and now it says delayed. My package was supposed to be delivered to me a week ago. Instead of making things right they act deaf on the phone when j call and complain like they can’t hear me. Bunch of jokers working here. UPS is so much better.
