Worst shipping . You’re lucky to get your package . If you do it’s at least a week or 2 late . Will everyone just stop using this service. Smart post is not more affordable and a waste of money.

Truck drivers! Gate 2 on Adler Dr. Back in along the fence line on your right when you pull in. Checkin last door on the left at lineal office. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SAFETY VEST ON FOR PICKUP. Load was ready a couple hours early.

Been waiting on a package for 3 weeks now. It’s been sitting in Dallas for over a week with no updates . This is ridiculous, I will never recommend fed ex again in my life.

Not even 1 start! Terrible service don’t even try to call you will be wasting your time. Next time I will make sure that fedEx is not the company that delivered my stuff.

My package was shipped on the 25th of February and arrived in Dallas Texas on March 3, 2025 at 4:30 PM. I am two hours away and they have been continuously telling me that don’t worry it will be delivered, but you can contact your shipper. I contacted my shipper, and they told me that the package is not lost and it does not state non-deliverable therefore there is not anything that they can do. It’s now been sitting in Dallas for two weeks at this facility with no movement . Also, there is no phone number for the facility that they will give you so that you can contact them and have something done. This is absolutely ridiculous for FedEx!!!

This office is a joke. I sent a package from Florida that arrived at the Dallas location on December 30th and has vanished. Thievery or incompetence? Either way horrible service for an item that was very time sensitive. No help from anyone.

Don't use the Walgreens fedex drop off. I dropped off a package. Jan 7th. Handed the lady the package, 2 mins later got a text from fedex to opt In for tracking info. Well here it is the 25th and they have to record of the package being dropped off and jo clue where the heck it is. File a claim, has to be done with smartpost fedex. Pulling this company up. No resolution yet

This place is horrible. Every time I have a package shipped by FedEx is sits at this place forever. I avoid my stuff being delivered by FedEx yet True Religion sent my package anyways after I stated not to. I purchased my grandson outfit December 6th 2024. It was scanned by FedEx December 9th in California. Made it to Abilene, Tx December 11th then Hutchins Tx later on Decem11th. Sat in Hutchins for 5 freaking days. Made it to Dallas on December 16th and has been there since. Today is December 22nd. This is ridiculous. Now I have to go find my grandson an outfit to wear on Christmas because this one will still be sitting. I’ve called no one will help or allow me to pick my pack up from a facility in my freaking area. This is ridiculous and FedEx need to do something about this.
Update: My package did not deliver until December 26th 2024. Purchased on the 6th and Shipped out on the 9th. This is ridiculous and after reading the other reviews I will never ship through FedEx and make sure whomever I’m purchasing through does ship my items by FedEx.
