I cannot overstate how poor this service is. It's so bad if an online retailer admits to using SamrtPost I'll shop elsewhere. Retailers use this cheaper alternative that relies on the slowest shipping company known to humanity aka USPS....how about negotiating a better rate with FedEx home delivery?

Dont work here its a complete waste of time been full time for 3 weeks they give you 37 hrs on the schdule and your not even doing half of it they make you leave early because your just there to help their favorites then when you switch to part time they cut your hours even more smh also there is no TEAMWORK whatsoever and managers will work hard to get you fired if they dont like you.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE THIS "SMARTPOST" LOCATION SHOW UP, I SIMPLY CRINGE, KNOWING THAT I AM FIXING TO HAVE A MAJOR HASSLE IN GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR! THIS LOCATION IS HORRENDOUS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDITATELY! IF I COULD LEAVE HALF A STAR, I WOULD!!!!!

My name is Herman and I got set up by an employe and a manager when me and my brother was working at the same area the person that my manager put me with me and my brother he will been aggressive and when she was being aggressive he fight my brother and manager was not there at the time he walked off so when that person will find my brother I was trying to break it up and they were saying since I was inside the trailer I was jumping him but I told him where is your cameras at cuz I was not jumping so I've been suspended for over a month and they do nothing they fired me for no reason I was not aggressive do not work at the place that is a bad place to

The worst shipping service ever. I have had so many packages land at “Dallas Smart Post” and sit for weeks. This location should be called “Dallas lost post”. Every time I have a package end up at this location there is issues and delays. Customer service is a joke. Do better FedEx.

I wish I could give a minus on this rating! First package literally sat there for a month and a half with no movement. The company was kind enough to re ship and my second package has been there since November 11. Customer service is nonexistent. This is where shipments go to die?so apparently you have to give at least one star to post. Ridiculous!

My package has been sitting at the FedEx Smartpost in Dallas for almost 2 weeks. I got the same b******* that the other customer who reviewed them. It was ground economy, at the point they consider it lost, so call the shipper and tell them it is lost. My order had 3 vintage purses so how are they supposed to ship me 3 more? I am soooooo mad. I will never use FedEx again.
