Stephen is the magic of this store. I have used this store in the past for flyer work and once again 20 minutes prior to closing...he and the store did not fail me. It is to be noted that I previously visited 1625 W. Mockingbird Lane ste. 211 and was met with an excuse of needing to place an order to return back and pick up just a few print sheets. That young black gentleman had around 40 minutes to do my order.
If you need print work done with care, concern and timelines then go to this branch! Right next door to Stellar primary care. If you see the exit 433B for Mockingbird Lane Dallas Love Field Airport you have gone too far.

Late leaving a review. Store manager Nieche? I am sorry for the misspelling. She was amazing. Hands on and competent which I love. She helped save me a lot of money by splitting up the mail I needed to send. Which I didn’t know was an option and saved me almost triple in shipping fees. Thank you to her and her location

FedEx lost my package after l paid for two day express shipping with tracking and wouldn’t even refund shipping cost for a package my client never received. Ruining reputation with reputable client. Horrible just horrible. 3wks later and package is still saying in transit. I wouldn’t ever trust them to do so ever again.

I had an outstanding experience at FedEx. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my shipping needs were met with efficiency and care. They close 20 minutes early and they are very arrogant, the workers do not answer you even if you show them the time on the phone. I do not recommend it

Went by at lunch to ship a box. Excellent service. Best experience I’ve had at a Fed Ex Office in a long time.This is the branch at Stemmons Freeway and Empire Central.

Needed to send a return back to a warehouse and had an unusual shape item. I did not know if they would have a box that would fit the item thankfully Kayla took the time to explain to me my options and even went to see if they did have a box and they did. Thanks to her I have a return being sent back that I did not know how I was going to send back due to its unusual size and shape.

Steve helped me when I was on a tight timeline. We had a lot of issues getting close to the color...wasn't being picky but neon colors were coming out gray! We had to do about 7 samples to get close and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Everything looked great. It was slightly more expensive than going with an online printer which I originally tried BUT I needed the extra help, support and overnight prints.
