They close 20 minutes early and they are very arrogant, the workers do not answer you even if you show them the time on the phone. I do not recommend it

Terrible service, my package has not arrived, it has been 8 days and no one knows how to give you a reason why they are very irresponsible, this service is of no use.

Went by at lunch to ship a box. Excellent service. Best experience I’ve had at a Fed Ex Office in a long time.This is the branch at Stemmons Freeway and Empire Central.

Steve helped me when I was on a tight timeline. We had a lot of issues getting close to the color...wasn't being picky but neon colors were coming out gray! We had to do about 7 samples to get close and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Everything looked great. It was slightly more expensive than going with an online printer which I originally tried BUT I needed the extra help, support and overnight prints.

I visited this location inquiring about getting a Email printed in black & white. I spoke to Steve and he said I can send the info & I will get a code to print either at the kiosk or they can print it behind the counter. I stepped to aside to send information while other customers in line needed help. Once I received the code I went back to the counter. I spoke with Cathy and told what I needed, she directed me to kiosk. I explainned I didn't want to do it that way. I wanted to document printed behind the counter. Cathy said its the same thing, I told her no again. She turned her back and pointed at Steve. Cathy had a attitude and was very unprofessional. This isn't the first time that I have encounter her unprofessional if she don't want to work perhaps she should not come to work. I'm use to accepting unprofessionalism. I spoke back to Steve and he immediately with a great personality and friendly let me know that he would be happy to help. Steve is what people are looking for when they come to a business. I asked him what does she have a attitude & he was clueless. BAD EXPERIENCE! My office is really close to here its a good location form me.

I was in a real jam. I had to ship 7 large boxes on a Sunday before I jumped on a plane. The team member who helped me was a pro. But her soft skills (explaining policies, where the dollies were located) were just awful. When explaining the ID verification for shipping, she did not explain anything, and she just held up the policy to my face. When I asked for a dolly, she just pointed in a direction. When I said where? She just pointed with two hands in the direction. The dollies were located behind a false wall. If she just would have said, "go down the hall, and you will see them on the left," that would have worked. She was a pro. She was hard to understand, rude, and did not mind pissing you off. So if the soft skills are just important as being a pro, she sucked. I left there relieved that the packages would be shipped and pissed that I did not have time to go to another location or UPS.

Needed to send a return back to a warehouse and had an unusual shape item. I did not know if they would have a box that would fit the item thankfully Kayla took the time to explain to me my options and even went to see if they did have a box and they did. Thanks to her I have a return being sent back that I did not know how I was going to send back due to its unusual size and shape.

Always super helpful and friendly staff! I drop stuff off here from our office right down the road. Always plenty of people staffed so there isn't much of a wait if busy. Place is clean and everyone wears a mask on staff. Plus the location is accessible from the frontage road or side street, so easy to get to depending on where you're coming from. GPS will take you to the opposite side than where the door is, just look for the handicapped parking the door is on that side.

The customer service rep at this store embarrassed me. I asked a question and he basically berated me for asking. I’ve been dropping off at FedEx office for years. I will go out of my way to avoid this one. They have the rudest staff I’ve encountered at a FedEx facility ever.
