I went to the Greenville Avenue store and had several printing jobs done as well as posters and steel signs for conventions and upcoming shows. I explained what I needed to the manager Philip. I expected the job to take a while but it was done very quickly and just the way I wanted it. Everything that I needed done was way above my expectations. I really appreciate how the manager Philip took my order, the customer service by Aleyah was outstanding and the artwork and design by Erick was 10 +. My experience at the Greenville Avenue will definitely keep me coming back for more projects.

I've stopped in here a few times to ship things and have always been happy with the service. The staff is always happy to help, even if it's something simple. For someone who doesn't ship things often, the are friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

5 stars for Eric in printing. I had to get funeral programs done very quickly. Not only was he able to squeeze it in and they turned out perfect, he was so kind and took a minute to ask about the decedent. That tiny act of genuine kindness meant a lot.

I wanted to share my recent experience at one of your locations while trying to ship an international document.
When I arrived, I was pointed in several directions with “the line starts here” types of comments,understandable, as not everyone is familiar with all FedEx locations. However, clear guidance would have helped. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful the ladies were.
That said, I encountered an issue with another staff member regarding the EEI form. I had done some research and knew that for shipments under $2,500, an EEI form isn’t required,only a specific code that why I came to a counter store other than doing it online.
Instead of a helpful response, the team member became unexpectedly hostile, saying things like, “If you want to teach me something…” That wasn’t my intention at all. I was just referencing the information available online and trying to understand the process better.
That comment left me feeling dismissed and talked down to, as if I were a child who wasn’t listening. I wasn’t trying to argue or “teach” anyone. I was just trying to clarify the process based on recent experience and public information.
As someone who also works in customer service, I believe that communication,especially with customers under time pressure should be collaborative, not dismissive.
And when I got back to my office, the fedex for pick up company shipments were nice and he actually given me more information on recent international shipments protocols.
I left feeling disrespected and rushed, even though I was only trying to get clarity. Again, the rest of the team was lovely, and I’m thankful to the woman who calmly guided me toward a QR code. But I hope this feedback can be used to foster a more professional and respectful environment for all future customers.

The negative reviews here are absurd. This is a fantastic FedEx store. I’ve been going to this location for years. It’s always stocked with professional, kind employees who do everything they can to help. I send and receive a lot of packages, and I wish they could all run through this FedEx location.

This is a review of the miserable state of the company, not necessarily this location. Next day first shipped (supposed to be delivered next day before 8am was actually delivered 2 days later at night. Twice spend 15 min going through their customer service to get to the right department for a refund just to find out it’s closed without telling me what are the business hours. FedEx is more than happy to charge me over $90 for a small envelope without the intentions of ever delivering it on time. And no, there was special circumstances, I tracked it and actually spent over 12 hours at 3 different hubs each and when it was out for delivery it spent over 8 hours on the delivery truck before getting dropped of. What a joke!

Top tier FedEx location. I drop packages off multiple times a week and the staff is always very friendly and offers any help that I may need. They are open later than most (8pm) and in a great location. Shoutout to the FedEx Office staff

Domonde at this office is amazing! I was visiting from out of state with a time-sensitive missing package and he was excellent to work with. He was extremely professional and so patient with the many ins and outs of the issue. He took the time to get my problem addressed and did not make me feel bad about it. This location is clean and friendly overall. Would recommend!

Self Service is available if you’ve got packages that have a QR code. Scan and Print then simply put your packages in the box for outgoing. Easy Peasy. Employees were super nice and professional. I had an international package going to SKorea and the Lady who helped me was so on top of everything. Even reused the packaging (since it was a return) and that small action of taking plastic out of the mix meant something special to my heart. I found this facility after an absolute complete debacle at Office Depot “across the way” as it was explained to me, and the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center was such a great place in comparison. FedEx is always great, this location saved my day. Sometimes, it’s that smile from the employee or the kindness of how I could see them treating each and every person who was coming to ship their packages. That’s why I go out of my way to get FedEx. The professionalism cannot be understated. Thanks.

They do good work but always understaffed, I can’t wait 30 minutes to pick up an online order! Don’t accept full service orders if you don’t have the staffing for it.
