If I can give them 0 stars, I would. I dropped off a package on 10/20/2023, and then went on vacation. I was surprised in early December that I have not received the refund from vendor, so I went on track my package before calling them about a status. Turns out the product was NEVER delivered. They noted I dropped off the package on 12/10/2023, but then NOTHING happened.I called and was told I need to file a claim for them to investigate, and they will get back to me in 24 hours. I never received a call back. I just called today (a week later), and I'm being told I need to wait another 24 hours for them to investigate. Investigate what??? The tracking status clearly says they have possession of the package, but never delivered it anywhere.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Don’t understand their own printers and ignore you when you need help. Too busy trying to figure out what they are going to have for lunch vs helping customers. Avoid this location. Manager and everyone else needs to go back to training.

Was the easiest and quickest asap print experience I've ever had. Collin knew exactly what he was doing and didn't ask unnecessary questions or get bogged down trying to figure out how to lookup a corporate account like so many other FedEx stores do. Will def print here again!

I ship stuff here all the time for two businesses. Staff is always helpful, I’m usually in and out pretty quick. Their drop-off-and-go is great if you make a shipping label ahead of time.

On July 13, 2023 I entered the facility to do some copies for the self service portion of this location with my son. The copies for for a very important insurance claim that should've been a ordinary service. However, as I scanned the 15 pages and try to email them to myself, I was met with a problem that required an associate from over the counter to assist. Kindly requested for assistance and was met by an lazy associate name Eric N. When Eric approach the self service area and I explained my concerns, he told me "it's not my fault that the machines don't work and I can't do anything about it" given that I had already paid $25 as a preauthorization to get the service. I simply wanted to get the test done. I asked if he could possibly do it from behind the counter so that I can go and this "Eric in." This guy had a major attitude. Ignoring his negative disposition, we proceeded to the counter, in which I tried to be very kind and supportive to the associate by offering if I could buy a USB to help resolve the simple task. The only thing the associate needed to do was simply scan the documents and email them to me, which is a standard service that you could get at any copy center, especially at FedEx Kinko's. But instead the treatment and service that I receive was horrific!!Words cannot express how disappointed and offended I was to encounter a maniac who was insecure, and despite my professionalism, got upset because I asked logical questions about the service that was provided to me. The service should've only cost under $10, but Eric N. tried to charge me $26. When I politely asked to speak with a manager, he copped an attitude , and was most unhelpful. When the manager came, I calmly told him the discrepancy, which involve a service that I was paying for that have not been provided, and I was concerned about the price gouging. Before I can finish the sentence, the rude and unhelpful Eric blurted out--"Look, you need to know I am an Ex-Marine as he clinched his face, and let me directly in my eyes... Baffled and taken off guard by the comment-- I looked at the manager and asked him what did this have to do with anything? Then Eric proceeded to point his finger in my face, and said "you're ignorant"! And then I saw him physically, get into a stance to fight me as a woman on the other side of the counter! Confused and offended by this I told him his mother was ignorant. Then my son told Eric not to talk to his mother that way in to address him, and then Eric told us that he would "I'll beat your a** too" and tried to rush us from behind the counter. At this point, I went into my fight or flight mode, and automatically prepared defend myself, and NOT afraid of this COWARD! Two other associates had to restrain Eric in and take him to the back of the store to cool off. I'm still not sure what was his reason of becoming upset, maybe because he was short, and we were tall and African-American he felt intimidated. All I know is these stereotypical micro-aggressions that displayed against African-Americans must stop! I was called "ignorant" for no reason, and despite me having three advanced degrees, and being a professional, I realized quickly that this was more of a racist and bigotry experience. There is absolutely no reason why this male felt it necessary to physically challenged me and it had to be because he was intimidated by my intellectual and polite of reasoning to question the services that I didn't receive. This guy is a maniac and if he served in the military, he must've been dishonorably discharged. Maybe Erick N. likes to beat on women, or his own wife or girlfriend...or he's got some type of inferiority complex. None of this is my problem! Nonetheless, this person should not be serving the public and is a "ticking time bomb waiting to explode," and shouldn't be working with the public!!!! FedEx has gotten to be a third-rate (at best) shipper of products. I had a very important delivery that needed to arrive this morning. Overnight delivery from Las Vegas was paid. A picture of the package was sent to me by the shipping company. The address is/was 100% correct. The deliver has still not come (at 2 pm). The FedEx driver lied and said something was wrong with the address. Now I have to trek down to a FedEx warehouse at 6:30 pm and hope that the package shows up. It is a very expensive and pesonal delivery item, so I have a bad suspicion that it has been diverted and stolen (I'm sure they'll say it was "lost"). Horrible service. Paid extra to have it not delivered. The company lied about why it was not delivered. And now I have to drive 35 minutes on a Friday evening to find out whether it was stolen or not. Just about the worst customer experience possible.

The manager of this location, Phillip, was rude and would not release my package because the address on my ID was different than on the package. Meanwhile, he didn't care about the woman smoking in the store behind me.I moved which was the entire reason I had them hold the package at their location for pickup in the first place. It didn't matter to him that I had the tracking number and the names matched or all the shipping emails on my phone. As if someone would drive all the way from Washington State with the same name as me just to steal my package, not to mention all the other factors that would have to be taken into account.Phillip made me drive back to my house, during my limited window between business meetings, to find a piece of mail with my old address on it. Nobody has ever made me do this in the past whether it was UPS, FedEx, or USPS.When I returned, he had changed the info in the system so they couldn't find my package by my last name and then he hid in the back like a coward and pretended to make a phone call.My time is extremely valuable and for this FedEx manager on a power trip to make me waste it over this is unacceptable. The rest of the staff is great but it only takes 1 garbage middle manager to screw everything up. I'll be reaching out to the corporate head office to make a formal complaint.

I came here yesterday 12/26 to ship a package the gentlemen who assisted me was excellent-no ID was required.I come back the very next day 12/27 and I am denied shipping because I didn’t have my ID when the day prior no one ID me. Trash! Only two employees for the entire center.

I needed to return some Christmas presents asap and FedEx helped me do that, it was fast and easy, their staff is great very helpful. This location is my favorite, very convenient for me and always has someone to help you with a smile, this is where I always go to for all my printing and shipping.
