I recently had the pleasure of encountering an exceptional Employee at this FedEx location. Her name is Aleysha. I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for the assistance I received. Their unwavering patience, kindness, and expertise made the entire process of creating labels for 200+ wedding guests an absolute breeze.From the moment I walked into the FedEx store, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. Aleysha quickly assessed my needs and took the time to understand the scope of the task at hand. Despite the sheer number of labels required, they remained composed and eager to help throughout the entire process.What truly stood out to me was their remarkable patience. Aleysha carefully guided me through the steps, ensuring that every single detail was correct. Even when I stumbled over certain aspects, they never once showed any sign of frustration or impatience. Their calm and composed demeanor put me at ease, making the task much more manageable.Beyond their patience, the representative's kindness and genuine interest in helping me achieve my goal left a lasting impression.Their expertise in handling the labeling process was evident. Angela C. is kind, positive, professional, and efficient. The passport application process is overall a headache, and Angela was incredibly helpful and made the process so much easier. While my photo was processing, she was able to quickly help other customers all with a smile on her face. I will definitely be coming back Tuesday mornings!

Beware- any work done for you (not self service) will be assessed a $2.50 surcharge just because they helped you. No given justification for the surcharge. I had them coil bind a self service print job for a presentation. This takes about 2 minutes. Normal price is $4.99 plus the 50% surcharge of $2.50 took me to over $8 with tax. No thanks- will go elsewhere from now on.

The lady name Angela at this location do not know anything about an international package I was told from her that anytime you ship to another country you don’t know what the other country is going to tell you what you need as a shipping company that shipped international package they should be able to tell the customer what to expect she doesn’t know that FedEx can be a broker she did not tell me that I had to call someone else to find out she needs to be trained on how to treat a customer and how to ship international packages I only gave a star so I can complain
