Don't use FedEx, you will lost your package and they use AI machine to block your calling.

I just literally left this Store and Lester Jr was The black guy with glasses so u guys will KNOW who I'm talking about was a very helpful caring customer service representative!!! He did a excellent job ‼️🫡Greeted me and my Family when we walked in !! Way to go Lester 🫵keep up the good work

First thing's first, Alisha is the realest. Actually she's a magician. She really helped me out when I came in 20min before closing, and of course everyone else had the same idea to come in at such a prime time. She was incredibly helpful, not just to me but the othe people that came in after me. The other associate also jumped into action as well, but I have to speak on Alisha who personally helped me. My project was time sensitive and didn't come out right the first print, but she really took care of me and adjusted it so that it was exactly what I wanted. I am eternally grateful for her efforts and for not making me feel totally lost. Thank you again Alisha!

Exceptional service. A member in this store named Alisha went beyond her call of duty to support a complex need. Probably due to employees like Alisha, FedEx known for excellent service and safe transportation of items.

I had the best customer service here today! Everything I did here was so effortless all thanks to Kirani! I have always avoided fedex most times because I feel like their charges are always outrageous but Kirani was able to make me spend my money comfortably without feeling like it was overpriced due to his awesome customer service. Thanks again Kirani!

Awful location, the unprofessional service is insane. The large female employee with curly hair and glasses laughed about the poor state of my package. I'm glad that the poor service from FedEx is funny to her.

Had multiple rugs to return, which were originally shipped to us in bags. I packaged up the rugs in their original bags, paid the expensive shipping costs, only for FedEx to NOT accept my rugs for return because they weren’t in boxes. Manager wouldn’t accept it and was going to swindle me into buying boxes. Only good thing to say is they recommended another location that would accept my rugs.

Don’t recommend this location, staff here seem to contradict the scale of work that other locations have confirmed. Also staff here are not as friendly as surrounding locations.
