I put off shipping some moving boxes for days because it's always super overwhelming and confusing shipping large packages. Everyone was kind and efficient and even someone from the barbershop next door came out to help me with. The woman that helped me (I believe her name was Glenda) was awesome and made the whole thing really simple 🫶🏾

I just picked up some business cards at this location and let me tell you, the team at FedEx Office on Skillman is awesome. I loved the cards. I always come here for my quick printing needs especially the emergency ones. Keep up the good work team!

Store manager at this location has a very nasty attitude and tries to upcharge you for every little thing. No, I don’t wanna buy packing material to send back a package I received with no packing material.

Julianne is amazing! I found an error on marketing materials 2 hours before a meeting. She printed the new items in 30 mins for me and saved the day! I will use this store now for all my printing.

This FedEx is the best one around, everyone in here works super hard to get my orders extremely fast. Justine and the rest of the team provide top tier customer service! Pick up here if you need to get Canva orders done the same day.

Justine and Greta (older lady that’s been with FedEx more than 20 years) have always been super helpful and kind. I’ve been to other FedEx locations close to home (Mesquite location by Towneast) but I rather drive farther because of their customer service. The other locations have not met my expectation when it comes to customer service. I ship often so the two ladies always remember me. I will keep coming back to this location because of them.

If you want the absolute best superior customer service I highly recommend visiting this particular Skillman FedEx! These ladies are very kind, highly professional, and has made my experience remarkably amazing! Especially Ms. Glenda, I truly thank appreciate her for taking such good care of my order! I most certainly will be back.
