Claimed that I selected to pick up package from Academy to this store when I did not. They also said they will hold package for 5 days or return my package. Because of my job and traveling I won’t make it for at least 8 days. Called FedEx support and they said if I gave my wife a letter of approval to pick up package then she could pick it up. My wife called me saying they wouldn’t let her because of policy. That is fine, but wouldn’t take the phone from my wife so I could talk to them and clarify my options. Called Academy and they were super helpful and tried to call FedEx to sort this out. Academy support was confused because this FedEx center is at the same address as I am. I told them yes, I can literally walk to that FedEx from my apartment. Academy tried to talk to FedEx to have package redelivered as they are so close to me. FedEx said that they will not and after 5 days they will destroy my package if I don’t pick up. Academy is at least doing what they can to help me get my package but not going here again. Printing papers here is also expensive, would rather walk to the Office Depot across the street rather than print here.

I tried having a friend pick up an important shipment of medication for me because I am out the country but they refused to release it to him. They instructed me to call back and they would transfer me to direct customer service and then the package could be released. I did as they asked, changed the delivery instructions, received a reference # and asked customer service to contact the store direct yet their response was they couldn't do it at the moment and it wasn't necessary. I ended the call and called the store once again but was told by Aaliyah that they can't release the package without customer service calling them lol. I explained exactly the conversation I had with FedEx customer service and she got slick saying "Yes they can call us, they've been doing it for 25 years. I don't know why they would tell you that...". Well I don't know either and I don't know how the hell I can get a reference # or change the delivery instructions in the system by myself (neither of which she checked). And I'll add; I wouldn't l have to deal with picking my packages up at the FedEx location if 1 out of 3 delivery drivers weren't incompetent too. Half the time I'll watch them on my security camera pull-up and mark my package as attempted delivery without getting out the van. Some people are just miserable in their own personal life and bring that with them to work.

the girl with the braids clearly hates her job lol horrible attitude like i made her shift ? no respect for customers. i advised the manager of the lack of customer service. the manager was much better, but you can tell he doesn’t really care about employees being disrespectful. Please hire better employees

The assistant manager Danielle is the worst. How does it take 10 minutes to receive an email for my label. She had the audacity to go to my work email after giving her my phone to send the label. Invasion of my privacy and also threatened to unbox my item. Ridiculous!! I don’t know how she got her position, as she is not the best at a customer facing job and has zero customer experience knowledge. It wasn’t my fault it took so long for the email to generate through a slow system.

Slowest pack and ship i've been to in DFW. Also, employees directed other customers to cut me in line because they thought my package would take a long time to pack :( i get that a larger box may take longer, but i waited in line like everyone else...

Worst experience of my life. “STORE MANAGER” tells me that the box I would need would cost close to $13 then I notice on the wall the price was $4.95. He tried to up-sale me on the package (assuming some type of extra coverage) when I clearly already had an express label. So weird. Then I proceed to purchase the $4.95 box and he try’s to run my credit card (5) times, and his system doesn’t work. He then scans the package two more times, I’ve been standing there for over 10 minutes, people piling up in the line. He then says he will need to enter the credit card in by hand. At this point I’ve lost all trust that this guy even knows what he’s doing. How rude and incompetent of a manger to treat customers this way. Note to owners, TRAIN BETTER, HIRE BETTER. I will NEVER return to this FedEx again.

Anthony has a huge attitude problem and no customer service skills, I came in just to use their services and we were completely disrespected. The employees were upset we needed help. We just literally waited 20 minutes for an 11 page print.Why are you allowing your employees to be so rude? Huge fail. About the size of Anthony.

This place is horrible. They mismarked a package that I had delivered. Promised next day before noon. Now, I'm told "hopefully in 4 days". Customer service is non existent here. Their phone rang over 25 times before someone answered and the only thing they would say is "call customer service". BTW, I did. Spoke to someone half way around the world. The only thing they would say is, "sorry, there isn't anything I can do."

Anthony greeted me and helped me out immediately. Not only was he attentive to me he also made sure other customers where being helped. I will definitely come back due to the staff, especially Anthony, making me feel comfortable unlike my experience at Office Depot who discriminates against customers. This was my first time using Fed-Ex for printing and Anthony made this a good experience.

One of the cashier here was so mind-blowing I am speechless. Such a great customer service. He just had to print usps label for me, but he also stitched my entire big box, and labeled my package. I have been out since 2-3 hours. I went to usps, ups, cvs pharmacy, kohl's, Walgreens around this neighborhood-none of them helped me. Maybe they don't print labels there regardless, their customer service sucks except kohl's as they weren't that bad. I will always come to this store for printing, Labeling and shipping.

I had some very important legal documents in several packages. It was critical that everything was accurate. Danielle completely took care of everything in a very assuring way. I came back the next day with another batch and will continue to ask for Danielle.
