Fedex has become like an uncontrolled octopus. It is impossible to get in touch with a live person and if you do they are not helpful. I had put a vacation hold on my shipments. Still getting notices that it will be delivered before then. On one of them the system says that it is on hold at a facility. That office personal say that they have not received it. So fed up with their system!

Submitted a file to be printed on Monday, they can't produce it until Thursday afternoon. There's no communication of when your print job will be ready. This is not the location you want to get anything done unless you have a LOT of time.

They are beyond helpful and always so easy to work with EVERY time I ship packages or print. I feel so lucky they are my local FedEx!

Two-day shipping was paid for at the Fedex store, but turns out there is no refund if the package does not arrive within that time frame. Four days later the package with an important document in it has still not been delivered and national Fedex customer service has provided bad information that it would be delivered and it hasn't happened. Fedex Customer Service is also refusing to let me file a claim for a package not received and is not notifying the facility where it is located to expedite the shipping or refund the shipment. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was disconnected. Fedex's commitments and processes demonstrate a lack of concern for the customer and the value of the packages being shipped by them. I will choose UPS moving forward since I have not experienced any issues with their handling of my packages.

I stopped by this location to drop off a fedex package. I needed some tape to seal the prepped package and to fix the label on the box. (I was fully prepared to have to pay for tape and finish the package myself) Naveed told me not to worry and taped up the box for me and attached the label. I was in and out in 2 min. I am grateful

The staff here is FAR superior than the typical "I can't wait until I get a better job and leave," employees you typically get at most FedEx Print locations. I cannot say enough good things about them. Go here.

I drop my packages off here weekly and I swear they move my package faster than other locations. Great work whatever they are doing differently here. Also- the employees are always so nice!
