Worst service, long line, no eye contact by staff, and when finally asked if there was a way to do pick ups that were pre-ordered and prepaid told no.

Each and every staff member was incredibly kind. They made several efforts to ensure the best possible outcome and gave their best until the very end. Double-sided copying and resizing... The staff, especially Kate, went above and beyond my expectations with their sense of detail! They were truly professional. I paid for a service to mail very important documents to Florida in 2 days. It took 2 weeks for it to be delivered, the reason why it was delayed, was because they misplaced the documents. It could not be found. What irresponsible company having employees misplacing your mail. I rather use the US post office it's cheaper and they are very professional. I do not recommend FedEx to mail your important document because they are not professional doing their job, THEY suck.....

They charged for 2 package and later we found out the 2nd package didn’t delivered due to unknown reason. Then we went to the shop for refund, they said call customer service. We have been calling customer service 3 times, every time they say someone will contact you. It has been almost a month no one calls. Every time I speak to someone from customer service, they can’t even speak well in English. FedEx is a mess, if you want to lose more money sending packages to overseas then good luck with their poor, unprofessional customer service. Also this is how they are going to make you give up on getting back your money. Also my brother sent me a picture of invoice that they have to pay 51$ for something. This is stealing in the day light. Will never ever use FedEx and will not let them have my money.

This is the 3rd time i’ve come here and get the same bad service , and they have two different areas for PACK PLUS and PRINT. No longer will I be coming here to print or to ask a question about printing something , they NEVER acknowledge a person standing right in front of them!!! Worse service EVER! Office Depot here I come.
