Been coming to this FedEx many times and manager points out that laminate paper has a charge(never been charged for it, even at other locations included HTX), but instead of educating me on it she decides to rudely question me and make it seem like I was stealing on purpose. She then asks how many times have I done this before, and decides to charge me for that amount. It’s not the amount that bugs me it’s the terrible, passive-aggressive customer service approach she took. Never coming here again, 0 stars if I could. Lady go work at a factory or something there’s no human interaction if you can’t be polite about a mistake.

The manager Adriana is very rude. I asked for a tape to used a little bit and she said you should pay for it. Then, she charge for the whole tape. $7. Very bad service. They even didn’t help us to carry out package

Elijah was so efficient and badass! He helped me with several packages! Made it so easy for me. Walked in and he was so happy to come and help me out! 5/5 for real. Give that man a raise!

Employees are friendly, fast and helpful. They've answered countless questions and given advice many times.
Their team and setup makes it easy to drop off packages for my job everyday, with reliable scheduling of trucks and shipments.

The ladies and the one gentleman are usually very helpful and kind. Even when you have 9-12 packages going to every which way with tracking and insurance 😂😂 They do it with a smile.

Makes you precharge multiples of $5 even if you're printing under a dollars worth, still charge you for $5 "to make sure you have it" from what I was told. What a shady company in general.

Great customer service but completely insane prices. I literally got charged $30 to send a 0.1 lb package 15 minutes up the street with the slowest shipping option. then got charge $26 for shipping a 0.1 lb letter 3 hours away with the slowest shipping. And I’m being told that these are the preset prices for my account. The only reason i paid the insane prices is because I’m extremely busy. But yeah FedEx just lost a customer for life due to that nonsense that they just pulled on me. Mind you, this package and envelop weight 1/10 lb. Imagine what the prices would’ve been if they weighted 1 lb. I would’ve paid $150+ per item. With such insanity you just gotta laugh at it and move along your way.

Marvelous experience. Adriana is such a hospitable person we felt like at home. We've been returning to this location pretty often. It feels like a coffee shop, Starbucks without coffee!
