You can’t trust the hours on the website! Time posted was 10:00, but at the gate it was 8:00.

Fyi if you’re trying to ship something at the last minute and need them to scan a QR code to print your shipping label, you will be out of luck. You will have to go to fedex “PRINT and SHIP” center. This is just a “SHIP” center. They cant scan QR codes to print your label. I discovered this at 9pm trying to beat the 10pm cut off. Unbelievable!

Pro tip - if you’re going to make customers wear masks to simply get a receipt… ALL employees should also be wearing a mask at all times and not have to be told by customers to put one on.

I have question about dropping at package at airport.For the life of me, I can NOT get a live person on the phone. Actually hangs up on me after many attemptsHorrible. Should always have the ability to speak to someone.Going to ups. The auto attendant sent me to a live person unlike FEDEX.1

The is the very last place in Dallas/Ft. Worth you can ship next day air after 7:00 p.m. They close at 10:00.
