Came here to to pick up a bracelet after buying a previous bracelet that was defective and Broken not even a week later. I contacted one of their employee Bianca and she was very nice and helpful, I have dealt with her twice and she was amazing. Even though the quality of the items I purchased from fendi was not the best, I could not get my money returned but only a store credit, which is fine. I decided to come back and use my store credit and I was helped by Mary Lou and i have to admit, this was the worst customer service I have ever had! She had a terrible attitude toward my siblings and i. I felt rushed and not welcomed at all, not sure if it was because I came in purchasing something with a store credit, She really made us feel unwanted and not welcome. I'm not sure what her problem was but never will shop here again.

DO NOT buy from this store!! We have purchased multiple items from this FENDI location and my husband purchased a cardigan sweater for Christmas that I didn't like. I brought it to the store where my husband purchased it from (HPV) and the sales guy who my husband purchased it from refused to return it without a store credit. He stated that you can return if you shop Fendi online, but not in the store itself, instead you get a store credit. After a few minutes of going back and forth, the sales guy stated he would credit back my husband's CC. We just got our CC statement and we still hadn't received a credit. After calling the store, it looks like we received a store credit. We will obviously have to use our store credit, but it will not be from a FENDI store ever again and after our store credit is used, we will NEVER purchase another item again. We will instead purchase from GUCCI, PRADA, DG, and CHANEL....where we ALWAYS get amazing service and no hassle returns.

Customer service after the sale is awful. Purchased a purse and a few rings after I carried the purse one time the strap part keeps breaking, the screw will not stay in. I have a purse over 5k that I can't use. I have called them now 4 times requesting a call back still waiting. Last rep said since I bought in store I have to talk to the local store. She sent email and CC her manager no call yet. This will be the last Fendi I purchase. Other designer brands have top notch customer service for their brands and customers.

Good service. Prices Vs Europe almost 50% higher. It defiantly way above logistic, exchange rates impacts. Very disappointing brand experience unfortunately.

Excellent customer service administered by Michelle yesterday. She is awesome. The store is stocked & staged beautifully - the team working there from security to customer service is courteous & kind. Recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew Minick on a special purchase for a family member. Though I couldn’t decide right away, he was patient and chose items for me to look at that suited me. As a busy physician I just don’t have the time and the creativity to know what looks good. I have worked with Matthew for decades. He always gets it right. I will forever be a loyal customer and I will keep sending my friends to him! (Bonus- he’s not going to take advantage of you just to make a sale either!!! I trust him to always think of me first)

Mr. DOBSON Tried to expand out to a new store and was disappointed at the local Fendi Store. I wanted to treat myself for dropping 50lbs...but let's just say they need people oriented reps. He was suggested this store to see items true size before placing any online orders. He came in and was directed to the men's side and sat on the couch as the 2 reps then went to the back of the store leaving Mr. DOBSON and his church member Mr . ANTHONY alone in the store.Aftet 5 min the rep reappears which had them feeling a but uncomfortable. I was expecting the type of service I get down at Neiman Marcus, the prices where there but their service wasnt. I advised her I was a lil little thirsty and asked if they have any water was told by the Caucasian rep, "We will get you a water when you get ready to leave" . I then replied no, I'm thirsty now and asked her how dare she say that. The rep went and got a water and came back then the Chinese rep appears asking if anyone has helped us, clearly they know they hadn't offered any help to us. As we got up to leave I saw a Black lady dresses nicely in black by the door, and asked her if she worked there, and told me yes she was security and I thanked her for her service as I felt safer with her now there. I stepped outside and told Mr. ANTHONY, I had felt uneasy in the store, so we left and went to my Sales rep in Christian Louboutin. I just hope that this helps the reps see things they can improve on for their store as I drove from 60miles to visit.I want be returning to this Fendi Location. The rep did try to provide a card, if you need help here is the card I was provided.
