It used to be a good place with very attentive and friendly staff. Now the security guards ruin the place, thinking everyone is a thief. They can barely speak English and call the police if anyone complains. The security guards are there to protect the place,not to make the customer feel bad. I've been a security guard for 10 years and you don't treat a customer that way. I hope things change there because it's the worst of all and I hope they take action.

Every time that I go the store the employees act like if they hate theirs jobso, the cashiers act like if they are giving me the food for free, like if they making me a favor. That's why I stop to go to this store. When I stop by is because I'm waiting for some body.

I understand they cater to Hispanic/Mexican people...(Because we will face facts it's mostly Hispanics/Mexicans that work there, and are customers there.. BUT THEY SHOULD STILL TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY.... I was personally denied a service, THAT I HAVE SEEN THEM HELP A HISPANIC/MEXICAN PERSON WITH ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS....????? PREJUDICE... Sad things I used to really like this store....

I went today at 5 a.m. I bought a large beef broth that was on the menu at 8:49 and they charged me a small amount of $14.00 dollars. The cashier named Carmen didn't even try to check when she told me that the price was at 8

I really like this place to shop but a few days ago I bought tortilla dough and it came with many pieces of waste cardboard. Be more hygienic with food.

There are many products that have no price and when you get to the checkout they charge you more expensive than normal, others have a price at their location and at the checkout there is a lot of variation in prices.
