Had a great visit here with my son. We are both Pokémon neophytes and we were treated well by all the staff at Final Form as well as its customers too! They were friendly and really informative. We learned a ton in about 20 minutes!

I frequently visit many different Pokemon card shops across the DFW area and have done business with all of the ones I go to. Final Form is one of the best shops in town! Each shop is different and I enjoy many things about all the different Pokemon card stores.
Final Form has great customer service.
The store is clean and bright.
Employees interact well with adults and kids.
They sell an awesome range of cards.
Prices are very reasonable.
Even the other customers are awesome.
I often have really great conversations with other people in the store. I have been going to the shop, literally since day one when they had a soft opening and was just there yesterday. As a customer I have always been treated kindly. They have a great selection of raw, graded, and sealed product and they seem to get new stuff in daily!
Definitely make time to stop by and check them out!

The team there is amazing! Lump and Riley have really been great to work with! I can tell that this group really cares about creating a good environment and welcoming people into the hobby! If you haven’t checked them out you should! One of the best stores in Dallas.

This is the best card shop in DFW, full stop. By far the best inventory in the area and it’s managed by some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in the hobby. There is no better place to purchase Pokemon cards and I highly recommend you check these guys out!

Stephan and the new management still suckkksss.. I came back to give the Store another chance but I got let down. At least this time I received a greeting but after that, all down hill. I try to trade in a high end Pokemon card for store credit at an agree price and he then proceeded to ask me if I was just going to pick out cards with my store credit. I said yes and then he rejected me. Told me he did not want to do it. I was in total shock. Stephan is such a let down. I don't understand these other reviews. It was Horrible.

Whenever I recommend someone go to a card shop, Final Form is always the top of the list. This is probably one of the best atmospheres you could ever go to within this crazy hobby. Every Final Form employee is knowledgeable, kind, humorous and instantly becomes part of your found family. Shout out to Lump, Jae, Rylee and the entire crew! Here's to catching them all together!

This is by far one of the coolest and best places for Pokemon trading cards. The manager was super chill, easy to talk to and made a great trade with me. I shopped here before and always had a positive experience and I intend to return for more great finds and deals!

I always love comming here! One of my favorite card stores around dfw! Lump collects is always so friendly when I come in! I'd recommend comming here if you need anything tcg they have so much stock! :)

At first, I had no problem trading in a $150 card for $110 in-store credit (not a problem).
As soon as I had about $50 worth of cards, the owner clearly wanted to end the transaction and get me out the door. He acted like the rest of my credit didn’t matter, and it felt like he was hoping I’d just leave the extra on the table. When I reminded him I still had a good amount of credit left, he got noticeably impatient and even rude like I was inconveniencing him by expecting to use the full amount I was owed.
I later attended a tournament with some friends there, where the owner was openly drinking alcohol and cussing the entire time, with kids around, which came off as very unprofessional.
EDIT: this was indeed NOT the old owner/manager, the dude who was doing all this is still in charge/posting videos on your social media account within the last week of me writing this. Seems to me like a lack of accountability...
