I had a last minute request and Liz was able to accommodate! She asked a lot of good questions and the pressure was exactly what I needed today. Finding good sport massage therapists is challenging. Highly recommend!

Ok, this was not my first visit and Rodger has put me to sleep with his magic touch before. I messaged him on a Tuesday night because I hurt my back so badly that I couldn’t walk or stand for a full minute before having to bend over or sit. He responded quickly advising me that he was off on Wednesdays. He then told me that Liz had an opening that morning. It took me a full 10 minutes to walk to office from parking lot. Liz was amazing! She worked on me for an hour and 10 minutes and I walked out pain free! What a blessing! After my extended massage, she showed me some stretches to keep me from hurting myself again! Truly, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

Best massage I ever had! I was skeptical because my Masseuse (Liz) said we were going to stress first. I already had an EXTREMELY tight hamstring due to being a new runner. She told me to trust her! She used cupping and a cooling gel after stretching and massaging it. I tell you I feel like a new woman. I already booked my sessions for next month! She also explained everything in layman’s terms. Love me some Liz!

Liz is amazing! The sports massage included a good mixture of stretching and deep tissue work. She knew exactly where the tension areas were and worked out those knots! Liz was friendly and professional, and she frequently checked to make sure the pressure level was ok and that I was comfortable.Amazing session and can't wait to go back!

Had a great Therapeutic Massage with Liz B today. She is wonderful. Not only was it the best relaxing massage I've had, but she was very good at assessing my body's needs and my comfort level. The stretches that she suggested relieved my lower back pain and the rest was just a relaxing joy. She's really good. She also does sports massage, lymphatic massage, and massage to eliminate stress. Treat yourself to a real professional. Ask for Liz. She offices out of Finish Line Therapy Center just south of LBJ on Hillcrest Rd. The trip is worth it! I'll definitely be back.

I decided to get a massage after running a marathon, and found this place after a google search for massages for runners. So happy I decided to go here instead of a spa place. Rudy worked his magic. He stretched my body and muscles before the massage. I'm definitely coming back before my next race!
