Horrible customer service! 7 ppl in line one cashier at the time. There was one young lady who was checking ppl out...she stopped and is just walking around as if she doesn't she ALL the people standing in line.

The store managers are ridiculous and rude but their actual team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!Clerical errors are understood for me but bad attitudes and having the customer feel the store mistakes are theirs is unacceptable and that’s how both store managers made me feel when I went twice!However, I must give credit where it’s due. I appreciate the team that assisted me yesterday 12/29/2023 it was a young man with an Afro and a young lady I wish I would’ve had their names but I was so overwhelmed with my unavailable pick up order that was ready I couldn’t focus! But as stated before I appreciate the young man that bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of! I felt that should’ve been the store managers role but instead the young man didn’t talk bad about him he just filled in and did all he could do. And the young lady on the register she showed much empathy towards my situation and did all she could do too. So thanks again you all♥️

Almost threw the sample shoe at the rude employee! Lol...but I just left and spent my $$$ with people who have great customer service!

Went and asked for a pair of women's shoes from an employee on the men's side. He said someone would get me a pair. Waited 15 minutes and no pair of shoes came. He came over and said he'd get me shoes himself. 30 minutes later and still no shoes. During those 30 minutes, I tried asking employees on the women's side, but they acted like they were too busy for me and were helping other people that came after me. I felt extremely disrespected during my time when I just wanted to try on shoes.

just a terrible experience in this store. manager too busy making personal phone calls out in front of the store to help her staff. Manager even waited on us and left a standing there for 20 minutes. horrifying service

I was so excited when I first walked in because of the selection and very quickly saw a pair of shoes I was quite sure I would buy. I proceeded to ask an employee for my size in the selected shoe, he then "radio-ed" to the back I guess instead of going himself. I then waited 10+ minutes before asking again and got a second employee involved in going to the back and looking for the shoe. After ANOTHER 10 MINUTES I had to walk and track down the employee that then told me that they didn't have the shoe! ridiculous service, terrible attitude, inexperienced staff, overall the worst shoe store experience I've had in years!

Terrible customer service. My fiancé and I went on two different occasions and both times, we did not get good service and the store missed out on a shoe sale. The first time, my fiancé wanted to try on a pair of shoes. We asked a worker to get his size for him to try on. The worker never came back with the shoes. We waited for 10 min and then left. The store wasn’t busy at that time. There was no excuse. The second time, the same thing happened. This time, we asked the worker about the shoes. He said he would remind the workers in the back. We waited for almost 20 minutes before the worker finally told us they didn’t have my fiancés size. He told us he could try on the sample. My fiancé liked the shoes and wanted to purchase online to have shipped to us, but the workers never came back to check on us or help us place an order. We were already upset about waiting so long for service, so we left. We will be purchasing the shoes online, but not from Finish Line. From other reviews, it sounds like the customer service at this store needs a lot of help. Don’t waste your time here if you want to buy shoes.

I would never ever shop here unless you really want terrible customer service. The first time we came, this employee asked if we needed anything (which took a while to get any service to begin with). As we were talking, she literally turned mid sentence and started talking and laughing with another employee. We waited until their conversation was done before she turned to us to finish our question.We decided go return the shoe, but forgot to bring a receipt in. Apparently they cannot look up a purchase with your credit card either. Get with the times people. The girl at the counter said we could only exchange because the store ran out of gift cards. WHO RUNS OUT OF GIFT CARDS? She was completely unapologetic. The attitude was, “take it or leave it.”To whoever is responding to all of these posts with a generic response: save it. Clearly customer service has been an issue here for a long time, and nothing has been done about it.

The had a decent selection of shoes, more of a variety than the Nike store here at north park mall. Plus it's a lovely site to walk around the mall and enjoy watching other people have a good time.

the reason for this review was because i went in with my friend today to this store around 7:15 and we were looking at shoes and we both saw some we liked and we were obviously looking to purchase them but there was a guy with a silver chain and he helped us at first i asked for a 4 on the pink new balance shoes they had which he said they were available and i asked him if he could get me the pair he went to the back then gave some other shoes to another person. Then he looked at us and he went to the back and then he came right out after like what 5 minutes and he came and said “oh the other pair i couldn’t find it it’s not there we don’t have it” so then I told my friend to go with another lady, which was so nice and the lady said sure and she did and guess what she brought the shoes when the other guy supposedly said they didnt have the pair back there

Ladies at the register 7/28/23 around 5 pm are very rude, they couldn’t help for get their uneducated attitudes out. Refused to reprint a receipt because they didn’t feel like swapping up to look for it. I did have the credit charge showing time amount and date still refused. As much money as we spend in shoes at finish line services isn’t worth it. Will take my business elsewhere.
