Nobody greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. In the time I waited for help, asked two people for help, then waited to get the shoe I came in just to buy without trying on, I found it cheaper online. They never came out with the shoe. They probably need to staff up a bit more. I would have rather bought it in person, but they are competing with the ease of online shopping. If the customer service isn't there, there is not reason to wait. I was in the store for 30 mins.

I do not recommend this store, last 11-24-23 I bought some socks with a printed price of 22dlls and they charged me 28dlls, when I complained they told me that there was nothing to do about it, harsh and intransigent staff.

The staff is not knowledgeable at all, I came here on instacart order for a delivery, and did not only did the staff talk to me like I was slow, but they claimed they do not take orders from instacart. Also, when it was time for me to look for merchandise there was barely anyone to help.

Don't waste your time coming here... just the worst place to buy anything the website doesn't work. They promise things and don't keep to they're promises. Just finish line and JD SPORTS are the worst place to buy shoes personally I've had way better experiences at champs and foot locker...I will never be shopping at JD sports again in my entire life

I went to jd on 9-5-2023 to purchase a bucket hat. Before I went to counter I put the hat on to make sure it fit which it did. Once I got to the counter the lady couldn’t for some reason remove the security tag. She never attempted to actually remove the tag but pretended to and offer me the hat from the display on the mannequin. Lol I asked her if it was the same size but I wasn’t enthused about that hat just because it’s been sitting out. She said it was the same size but she never showed me visually if they were in fact the same size. She was acting weird to say the least. My hat was the only item I saw that the store had issues removing the security tag. I purchased the hat and when I got to the parking garage I put the hat on and it was too big. So the woman lied because she wants to decide who she deems worthy of buying items from that store. Just ridiculousI returned the item to a grouchy masculine female who was rude. What ever race issues that are brought to work from an employee is a reflection of the company. Please eradicate these problems or give them some training. I deal with consumers and everyone should be treated fair. One of the worst customer service experiences. I was there around 5:15pm or so if you want to look at the video

Visiting Dallas not very friendly or welcoming, but they made sure to watch my family very carefully. I guess we look like thieves. My husband still made a purchase something I wouldn’t have done. All black people don’t steal

Out of stock for 5 different pairs of shoes. Their little digital board pops up very briefly that basically says "too bad we don't have it and won't tell you we don't". So if your not paying attention to the board then your pretty much SOL as every employee just scans and walks around. When told about a shoe not being in stock (in 1/6 shoe inquiries) the guy just tells me to find it online instead of offering to order it for me etc. So thanks for the advice! Found it cheaper and in stock with a competitor. Lesson learned. JD's will be a browsing location instead of a buying location for me.

Not very good service at all. Took 30 minutes just to bring out a pair of shoes. While all the workers just chatted with each other.

Staff were very unhelpful. Whenever I asked for help or a size and they could not help me they just walked away and we are not interested in providing any alternatives. None of the staff wanted to make eye contact and preferred to not want to do any work apart from walk around the store and keep shoes on shelves. Worst customer service in a shoe store I’ve ever seen. Seriously EVER

Stay away from Amanda the cashier. Worst service ever encountered. The manager was the same. Awful service overall. Avoid Amanda by any means. She should not be working in any customer service role.

Place has large selection of shoes but never have your size.also you gotta wait like 20 minutes for them to get you a pair of shoes to try on while they have staff at the front doing nothing i even asked and they had 2 ppl looking for shoes and 8 at the front how does that work i only gotta wait a minute and a half max for a pair at shoe palace or champs
