I emailed the store letting them know that I was driving my granddaughter from Dallas to Houston for a competition. I needed the fluid levels and everything checked, On the way to Houston with cow pastures surrounding the highway, my coolant light came on and I needed to find a gas station. There was not one in sight. Almost a mile later we found an aged small station. Calling Firestone, the man said you'll need to call a tow truck and have them tow you to a Firestone dealership. He told me they had checked all the fluid levels and all was fine, BUT my coolant fluid was down 2 inches!!!! There was no leak or any other reason for a loss of coolant. Luckily a man showed up and helped us continue. This Firestone was excellent 10 years ago, but not now. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT SPEAK HIGHLY OF THEIR SERVICE. Since then many of my friends have told me how they are ALWAYS trying to upsell with "problems".
My granddaughter and I arrived safely and on time for her competition, thankfully.

Came in for an emergency valve stem replacement that was leaking. Hollis was polite, friendly and efficient; as was the tech, Chris, I believe (sorry if that is wrong). My son was at a doctor’s appointment and they were able to get me in and out in no time. They saved the day, thank you. Highly recommend this location.

This Firestone location wrapped everything up in 90 minutes on a Saturday - no small feat for any weekend car service in my experience. Nelson was courteous, helpful, and offered me an additional deal when my requested tires weren't in their inventory. I'll be returning to this location for future tire service.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. These are the most incompetent individuals that exist to mankind. I called at 3pm to see how long it would take to get a patch, I was quoted 15-20min. I was there by 3:30. After 40min, I asked what is the wait, they decided to pull up the car 5min after that. 15min later they let me know they can’t fix and they can’t replace the tire. So I waited an hour and 15min just for them to not only not do anything but for them to also tell me they can’t do anything. This is why people off on people. Had they at least check instead of wasted time I would have had time to go to another location

Terrible Experience at the Firestone on Lovers Lane in Dallas.
I brought my car in that had a nail in the tire, which could not be repaired. They replaced the wrong tire and threw my perfectly good tire away.
By the time I noticed my tire was still flat the next day I took it in, and they made me buy another new tire.
... So essentially Firestone STOLE MY TIRE and sold me a new one. They were super defensive and claimed it was not their mistake??? I never would have expected a business to operate that way.
What a waste of Money and 4 days dealing with this BS.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had an appointment at 10am for a new battery and when I checked in he even made sure to mention that “all his appointments were on time today and he loved it” and tell me why my car wasn’t ready till 1:15. I ended up getting an oil change as well just because the battery was taking so long and of course they didn’t have the most cost effective option in stock so I had no choice but to get the next option which I didn’t want to spend over $200 on a battery at all! Ended up being 375 for a freaking battery and an oil change. Waste of my morning as I have to work today and was careless for 3 hours. I wish they would’ve been honest with me about how long it was going to take instead of letting me sit there like an idiot. Firestone’s are notorious for being slow but I thought I’d give them another chance! NEVER AGAIN

My 5 star review is below at the bottom of this 1 star review. This is my updated 1 star review for my experience with my 11am alignment appointment on 2/24/25. I was there on time and was going to buy the lifetime package for alignment. Hollis checked me in and said it would take 1 1/2 hours; I had my computer and I told him I was waiting. About one hour 15 minutes later, a guy came out with paperwork in a plastic sleeve and said a name and asked if that was me: Not my name. I asked if he could check to see how much longer it would be for my car. He came back and said there was another car on the rack waiting for tires to be delivered and my car was still just sitting outside. What??? I asked him why Hollis hadn't told me and set up another appointment for later that day... the guy didn't know and said Hollis had gone to lunch. So, I left. I actually expected to get a call later and an apology, but no one called. I have never, ever had such bad service.
Older 5 Star My car showed a tire air pressure problem so I went to Firestone on a Sunday expecting to have to wait. Hollis is an expert at running the front and was at the desk; he told me to pull my car around. Alex met me, checked all my tires and added air to one. When I started the car, the sensor light was no longer staying on. Both men were efficient and friendly and I truly appreciated having their help. I had been to this location before; I got great service then and great service Sunday. Thank you Hollis and Alex.

Horrible service, I made an appointment twice and when I showed up they said I didn’t have an appointment. It took about 3 hours for an alignment because when I got there at 7 am for my appointment they had only one person working in all cars.

We had a blinking check engine light and pulled in for an emergency. They quoted a 120 inspection free (pretty normal), 600$ for DAMN SPARK PLUGS, and then 200$ per coil x/4 (we didn’t know how many coils we would need). Total, with labor, was estimated to about 2 grand.. we called a small town mechanic in Arlington who quoted us 120 for spark plugs AFTER LABOR and only 100 dollars per coil. He PROMISED it would be under 1,000 give or take. Felt absolutely scammed by Firestone. We told them we didn’t want the spark plugs or anything and we were going to tow to the small town mechanic. With the inspection fee and labor cost (about 1 hour of labor of removing spark plugs and putting them back in) we were charged 330$…. So, to take spark plugs out and put them back in was 260$…. We just wanted to leave so we bit the bullet and paid… insane prices.. kept receipts for proof

Zero stars for this place. On January 22nd I had to take my car to this tire shop since it was the closest one. The front tire was flat. I'll tell you first of all the manager of the place didn't even greet me, and told me that they didn't have used tire or patch service. Ok, I understood and I had to buy a new tire and obviously the tire sensor light was on. When I came back for my car I told them to give me the tire that they had replaced so I could take it somewhere else to get it patched and bring it back as a spare. The man said it was already useless. Ok I left and the sensor light was still on and I decided to come back the next day to ask them why. To my surprise the rear tire was flat and had the same problem as the tire they had replaced. Could it be that they only inflated the damaged tire, removed the rear tire and replaced it with the damaged one with the intention that I would buy another new tire? I would never go back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone. Pay close attention and seek a second opinion from other tire shops.

The entire staff at the Lovers Lane store is always helpful, efficient, and dedicated to great customer service. They will go over and above to make sure repairs are completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this store any time.
