The only things that i always experience is the waiting time changing 2 tires will take you 4 hrs. They need more man power at crews. So it is not advisable to wait there, the problem is how will gonna go home if you have only 1 car. That is the bad experience i always encounter at firestone but in positive ways the crews at ok they explain how much you gonna pay and so on. Again only problem is waiting time😞😞😞😞😞😀

I've been a customer here for 5+ years primarily for my Infiniti Q50 but in the last 6 months, their abilities and customer service have gone way down. Back in November, I took it in for new runflat tires. I had to return within a week because one tire wasn't fitted on my wheel properly and they told me I needed new brakes too. Turned out they diagnosed new brakes on first meeting but never relayed message to me. I told them order the brakes, 3-4 days later they called me that they ordered the wrong part and actually would be more expensive than the initial quote- I took it to another shop at that point.
Fast forward to January 15th, I took in for a routine oil change. No positive or negative feedback from Firestone. January 17th, car died in the middle of the road - can't even get engine to turn over. I had it towed to 3 shops near me in East Dallas and they all said the same thing, that at some point the car must have been started w/o any oil in it. I called Firestone to see if there were any reports made so I could better understand what happened. They told me no idea, their best guy had done my oil change. If that was their best guy, I don't want to risk seeing anyone less. Car is effectively totaled and cost me $11k.

I had an appointment at 8 AM for a wheel alignment on my car, but I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before they even started working on my vehicle. What's the point of making an appointment if they don’t attend to my car in a timely manner? I will not be returning to this shop for service; I will go elsewhere.
Given that I had to wait longer than expected, I believe I deserve a discount on my wheel alignment. It doesn't make sense to wait this long when I had an appointment scheduled. It was frustrating to see someone come in after me and get their car back before I did, especially since they didn’t have an appointment.
I will not recommend this shop to anyone; instead, I will advise others to go elsewhere for car service, especially not to the one off Northwest Highway. They do not honor appointment times. When I called on Thursday, they told me they would be finished with another wheel alignment before I arrived, but that was not the case, as I still had to wait when I got there.

There is a lot to appreciate about Firestone on NWY. They were friendly and professional. I was 2 hours early for an appointment and the team moved me through without question. One of my tires had a slow leak. I expected to have to buy new tires. Leaky tire stems were diagnosed, and two tires were fixed promptly. What I appreciate most was that the technician reviewed other areas that need attention and explained them to me without a hard sell to get these items taken care of immediately when I didn't have the time or the money. I will have these repairs made at Firestone NWY soon and will recommend Firestone NWY.

We have used the Mesquite, TX locations for years. There were always problems. Used a couple more around DFW, Ft. Smith, AR, and Longwood, FL and had good experiences. But the experience we get with the Northwest highway team is always above and beyond. Between Sid, Alonzo, John, and the othere guys we have dealt with, it's always great service and work done. Always comunicate about the job being done and what's needed. Great customer service at the front desk and Sid is the best Tech we have ever came across. Inface it is now that he is really the one we always request to work on our vehicles. If he isn't there, the other guys still do good. We ahve numerous vehicles we have been taking to Firestone over the last 17 years and this location is defintely the best.

“My” Firestone is great! The guys are honest, personable and so good at what they do. They under promise and over deliver on the time it will take. This last visit I had an appointment for 7 a.m. They diagnosed and fixed my engine mount issue and had me out of there by 11:30.
They ALWAYS give me great service. I consider them friends.

Horrible customer service. They charge an inspection fee even if you end up needing to get service done. They also said I needed a new $250 battery but when I took it to Autozone, because it was still under warranty, they said my battery was completely fine.

This was my first time visiting this Firestone location and it was definitely a positive and amazing experience from the moment I stepped in the door. Greg and his team did an amazing job getting me back on the road with my new tires within a short time frame.

This was my first visit to this particular location and I must say staring with the environment, it was just pleasant! I went in without an appointment for an oil change, the service manager Gregory informed me that he’d take care of this for me right away., which he did. The techs found a few important items of safety that needed prompt attention and took care of them for me. Thing is I went in to Honda the week before, no one told me why my check engine light wouldn’t go away, the Techs at this location cared enough to make sure I knew what needed to be accomplished so that the problems were fixed. Prompt service, nice staff and the lavatory was clean. I will be a repeat customer.
