Although kind and provided communication, the time for services to be completed is beyond me plus it was freezing in there! My appointment was at 1pm and I arrived at 12:30p for oil change and alignment. I didn't pay to leave until 2:49p.

the manager tired to get me to do 3k in car work. kept saying weird things like if i can get my parents to pay for it. i’m over 30 years old! took it to multiple places for a second opinion all the other places said just one thing needed my shocks replaced this guy is a scammer

Everyone was professional, courteous, respectful and got the job done. I will recommend family and friends to Firestone. I wasn’t pressured for any additional service on my car. Fair price.. I will return for future repairs.

After having my car service I think they fixed the wrong thing because I'm still having the same problem and they charge me $1,600 for something that still happening

Fantastic service! Very kind, energetic, and accommodating. The place is very run down, I feel bad that the people who work here are the kindest people but it looks like Firestone as a company has overlooked them. I will definitely return because of the service!

Love this Firestone location. Victor is the absolute BEST! It always makes my day to see and speak with him, even if it's not such good news. He is so thorough in his explanations and is very knowledgeable. I trust his honesty and expertise. His personality and customer service is A1! Located off of Camp Wisdom, by the Red Bird Mall.

the person who did my car name is Brian. Really good guy very professional won't lie to you. Fix my car the very fist time didn't have to bring it back. Ask for Brian if you want your car done right, not saying the other guys are not good but I love this guy here. Satisfied customer

I brought my car in for a battery/alternator related issue. I was told I simply needed a new battery, but when I picked my car up my check engine light was on. I asked why the light would be on now and it wasn’t before but they “don’t know why”
