The overall appearance of the store is dilapidated. The entry carpet and sitting area are unorganized and dirty, and the TV stand and counters are also in disarray.
* The wall certificates were peeled off leaving paint spots.
* The tire showroom wall is mostly empty, and the floor shows marks where additional tires were likely once displayed.
* The restroom door has a sign that reads "Knock Before Entering, MGT," and it appears that the door does not close properly.
Additionally, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. When I inquired about the cost of a replacement tire under road hazard warranty, I was met with a dismissive response. A simple explanation would have been appreciated. Furthermore, I was not provided with a receipt or shown a breakdown of the charges. I was told that the receipt would be emailed, but it seems that the printer was also not working.
I am concerned about the overall operations of this store.

I’ve had my car serviced multiple times. I’ve also had family members come to this location. They give PHENOMENAL service. Very knowledgeable, professional, & kind.

I was told I can stop at 8 AM in the morning to get my AC compressor checked. I got here at 8 AM. And I was told that the AC guy is coming at 9 AM. Thank you for wasting my time.

These guys were awesome. I hit a pothole and blew out my tire recently, after the tow truck dropped my car off, these guys got it in almost immediately, and had my tired replaced and ready to go in less than an hour. While they were at it, they also looked my car over and let me know I had a major oil leak that I had no idea about it. I set an appointment for later in the week, and their mechanics had it ready for me again within a few hours. I will be taking all of my families vehicles here from now on because they actually just made me feel like they care, and I wasn't just another person for them to make money from. John was super helpful, and made me feel secure in my choice to do business with them and answered every question I had, which was a lot.

Front tires were replaced a couple of weeks ago and tires were not holding air, I had to keep putting air in them right tire was worse. I brought auto in for tires inspection and it was determined the valves needed to be replaced. Valves were replaced at no charge and I was on my way and happy problem was resolved.

Don't come!!!! The location is in very bad condition, and the staff is unprofessional... I waited 3 hours for them to assist me and they didn't have the tire I was looking for available. They had to order it and I wasted more time!!! The manager was constantly checking social media on his phone ... unfortunately I had to use this location because I had an accident near it... DO NOT COME
