I asked for a quote for stock brakes & rotors replacement for one of the most common vehicles in America. They said I had to come in for an "evaluation". Most other shops will give a direct quote, as this is not a complex job. They likely do this to try and find "solutions" for problems that don't exist. Just go elsewhere.

You ask them to fix what is already VISIBLY broken, and they want you to pay for a $120 diagnostic fee before they make repairs. A bunch of shady overpriced mechanics. That's okay because I fixed my own wheel speed sensor, and it drives fine. I didn't want to do it myself. I'm not dumb firestone.

Please be careful of the tricky upsale methods these guys use they will find a new “major issue” that you would have to fix or they can’t “legally release your car” my last visit one of the highly trained mechanics named Tommy heavy set guy stripped a bolt changing my brakes and the manger notified me afterwards telling me get this telling me that dodge a multibillion dollar company made a mistake by using titanium bolts and for that reason the stripped bolt was a guaranteed problem that would have occurred regardless of who touched the bolt and for that reason I have to pay a additional 1000 dollars for a new bracket after already being upsold to a 1400 dollar brake install and to make matters worse after I refused the disgraceful tactic and told them to put my become completely how it was before they drove it in I was told that they couldn’t remove my vehicle from the bay because it was “legally unsafe to drive” and I would have to get a tow truck to remove it after driving the vehicle to the shop myself and Tommy you know the heavy set guy pulled it into the bay with no problem but now that I’m not buying anything the car will not reverse or anything anymore so the held my car from me wouldn’t give me my keys or even speak to me anymore until a tow truck arrived I am a veteran and it’s sad that this company treats veterans this way two days before Veterans Day I also am a father my kid and nephew were sitting in the lobby which was freezing by the way waiting for a tow truck to arrive I under stand it’s a job and they make their money off of the more work a person gets but as far as sabotaging my car and blaming the dealership for it and expecting me to pay for it is down right disgusting and I will be taking this matter to corporate and if I’m not satisfied with that even further

Trash, like Dak Prescott. Left my car there around 11 am, didn't hear back from them, then called around 5pm, and guy says "oh I'm about to have the guys bring it in.....Ok. don't hear back from them and walked over to shop about 5 min before closing, and my car is on the lift (the only car) and everybody is in the lounge area like there about to head home.....If I had not come thru, my car would've been there till next day, and no phone call with an update.VERY Poor Customer service

Was quoted for 2 things that “could” fix my car and was told that my vehicle will need a tune up soon. After fixing the 2 items my vehicle still had the ongoing issue and I was not offered a discount on the service that actually could fix my problem. Firestone stated since they disclosed my tune up would be needed “soon” I should’ve got that service. I wasted over $1000 on something that didn’t even fix my car. I bought a new Tire with 80000 miles warranty on it. After almost 3 weeks when I had a flat tire with same one.. I went to the shop. They made me wait for more than 2 Hours. I went back to the same person and showed him, I have pregnant wife and an 18 months old baby with me, can you guys make it a bit faster please..The person ( Vincent ) said. I can't do anything talk to my manager.I went to the " Manager " asked him to help me because my wife 7 months Pregnant and She can't sit any longer.... Mr. Manager ( Kyle ) says, " I will help you after I help that Lady sitting there patiently for more than 2 hours who came before you. I suggest you do the same. "What a rude Person.No Customer Service...

Great staff was able to repair my vehicle in one day when other shops wanted to hold my vehicle for 3 days. Super professional and courteous.
