I went to check my car for a steering wheel light and my rounded total came to over 3k. Also I got charged 150 just for diagnosis. Won’t recommend this place at all or go back to. Extremely expensive and not helpful.

We went here to get an alignment done. They were done within 20 minutes. How is it that they can get an alignment done in 20 minutes?! Most places take to an hour or hour and a half. They gave us the car back and it’s still going to one side.

Came today for a tire sensor and was advised the cost is almost 300 dollars and to “Herson” or whatever his name …I advised him that it was a little pricey and he started with his smart comments and said to take it somewhere else.Working in the front office doesn’t suit him at all because he doesn’t not know how to deal with customers. Dont know what happened to kevin which was the only one who knew how to treat customers. Really bad on firestone for hiring people like Herson

Giving 1 star, this is my 2nd time to visit the auto care trying to do Oil change always come with Firestone family as they so amazing job but in different locations, this one is closer to where I live, 1st showed up and they said i have to leave my car the entire day and they will work on it till next day, 2nd time made a in line reservation and it said they will get in touch with me if No time is available never received a call or email and showed on time to my appointment and the guys gave me the same response that i have to leave the car the entire day also he said the email is says to get in touch with them before visit the auto care office however they did not check the system and didn’t know until i got here that i made the reservation until that time he sent the message to me saying that needs to get in contact previous to arrive, ridiculous services very disappointment

Terrible service, I left my Chevrolet Equinox at 9 am for alignment and it happened at 3 pm and they had not done anything to it, this is the 2nd time it has happened to me in this place

Every once in awhile I run across a thoughtful and considerate employee. This happened to me at Firestone Tire at Marsh and Forest Lane in Dallas. Gene helped us with kindness and consideration to our situation. I always want to bring attention to the good guys which seem to be less and less. Kudos to Gene!! I recommend seeing him for help with your tires!!

I went for basic maintenance on my car. The technician who attended me was Mr. Flores and I'm extremely satisfied with his service. I could tell that he genuinely likes his job as he attended to my car's needs. Periodically, I looked out to see how it was going, and not once did I see him distracted or off doing something else. I was not worried about his ability to ensure everything was taken care of. He was also very polite when he updated me on everything that was fixed and what things to look out for. Additionally, the store manager, Gene, was very courteous and attentive to myself and all the other customers he attended during my wait in the lobby. He was patient with any questions that were asked, treated everyone with the upmost respect, and was also very attentive. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure their customers were properly taken care of. I feel confident that I'll be back due to how satisfied I was with these 2 gentleman's hard work. Thank you!

I came in for an emergency. Hit a road hazard and poked holes in both tires on my drivers side. Made a phone call to the Firestone having used them before. Marco was very attentive, even told me to be safe getting there. It was my decision to bring it to them being in north Frisco at the time it happened. Was able to air up the tires and limp in. Marco looked at it right away @ 3:30, vehicle was done around 6:30, just two plugs. DID NOT expect to get back same day. And even told Marco I was willing to pay for new tires if needed, but would prefer not. Marco showed integrity just fixing the tires. Could have told me I needed to replace them and I would have trusted him. (would have had to get 3 new tires to balance the ones in back, front two were new so tread life was not an issue) Marco and the whole team have always been good to me, and my friends that go there. It's consistent across the board. I typically do my own work so I use them sparingly, but when I need them they always come through.
They are responsive, attentive, high integrity & quality, honest, and efficient. This group has earned my trust and respect because they do the little things right. And treat you as if you were a friend in need. I will always buy my tires here, and always use them for my repair needs.

I’ve been a Firestone customer at this location for nearly 10 years. Well today I booked my first appointment at discount tire.
I accidentally schedule an appointment at the wrong Firestone so when I arrived the man behind the desk, who already seemed aggravated, told me that it was the wrong Firestone and that I needed to drive 20 minutes away. I asked if I could leave it at this location and he said he was too busy to help me today. I asked if I could drop it off tomorrow morning and he said he was so busy that there was no guarantee unless I could leave it there for the day. The whole day for one tire replacement?!? I’ve never felt like someone wanted my business less and for that I walked about and called discount tire who said they would be more than happy to help replace my tire first thing in the morning. Screw you firestone. You lost a decade long customer today.
