The undercarriage cover on my car was dragging on the ground. When I took it in Gene greeted me, remembered that I had called earlier. His team got the cover off and reattached it. I was heading for an appointment in the Bishop Arts district, and thought I'd have to cancel. But the job was done and I got there. But my main point is how great the people were. I haven't been getting service there, but will in the future.

Sales associate didnt seem to interested in helping select the correct tires for my car. Didn't ask any questions or what size or anything. Just stood there staring at me as I told what I was looking for. Should have just waited until the next day when Discount tire was open.

I would take your car somewhere else. My significant other took her car her for an oil change and to top off the coolant. Instead of just adding coolant like she had asked, they decided to flush the coolant and ended up charging us $200 more than expected. Take your car somewhere else and don’t get taken advantage of.

Me and My mother came in for a tire patch. When we walked in there was an employee just on his phone, not saying a word to us. We told him our problem and he told us that he was busy doing something already. I understand that there may be a wait but to be busy when he’s just in his phone doesn’t make much sense to me.

My 17-yr-old daughter got a flat tire and took her car here as this is where we had purchased the tire and warrantee. They fixed the tire but told her if would be 2-3 hours to install it (this is not a long job to accomplish...). As she had been on her way to school, the manager on duty told her that she could install the tire herself if she did not want to wait hours. She also witnessed him yelling at/demeaning fellow employees. To her mortification, the manager apparently watched her struggle installing the tire in the parking lot (she had literally no clue what she was doing) from sitting on his a** at the desk directly from the front window, with a clear view of her. She eventually figured it out (she did not tell me this had happened until after the fact), but folks, this situation left a terrible taste in my mouth and we certainly will not be using them again. There is much, much better customer service elsewhere, and what an absolute creep!!

I had a flat tire and need a replacement. Drove past this store to check for availability. The manager Gabe checked the inventory and even though he does not have it at his store, he printed out the availability for all Firestone stores nearby. He even called the nearest one for me to ensure they have it and can do the work right away. Overall great service even though I didn't buying from that store.

I called and asked if they had an engine diagnostic machine. They said yes and that I could come any time the next day. So, I went the next afternoon, and when I showed up, they told me that they didn't have any technicians working today who could run that test. I don't know if they just don't have anyone who works there that can do it period, or if do and that person was scheduled but called off, or if they do have a tech but the tech wasnt scheduled that day. If it's the last option, it would have been good to know so I didn't drive there. It's easy to check a schedule and then provide advisement based on that.But since I'm unsure WHY they couldn't do it anymore, I won't speculate. However, Firestone as a company has a technician problem. This is the 2nd location I went to that said they could do it and then said they can't once I'm there. Hire more people and be more transparent about your actual capabilities.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at ALL COST came to see if i could get inspection, they made me paid for something i couldn’t pass they didn’t even gave me a courtesy heads up they are HUNGRY for your money absolutely no customer service and the inspection guy can smd

My husband and I arrived at 6:55 this morning for his 7:00 am appointment. Finally at 7:40, we gave up on Firestone opening and left for work. Not a great way to keep your neighborhood customers.

I dropped my car with them for a week. I expected them to maybe get to it on the 6th or 7th day, but at the end of the 7th day I had to have it towed elsewhere, because they still hadn’t touched it.To add insult to injury my car was hit in their parking lot while they had it, and they’re still giving me the run around about fixing it. I highly recommend not going here and if you do, take them to small claims court to get it paid for to be fixed correctly elsewhere as I will likely have to do.

Showed up , no one in front desk , after 5 minutes decided to walk away to discount Tire ! The shop was a ghost town , no mechanics , no service ! I didn’t want to imagine the waiting time to get a flat fix , is 0900 and it seems no one showed up to work!Service: Tires
