i usually dont leave reviews unless it’s positive because sometimes i know it can be one person who just gives u a bad experience but this is my second time having issues with this shop . literally got an oil change 2 days ago had to leave me car up there for 4/5 hours because they where busy , which is understandable just to check my oil levels 2 days later and my car is completely out of oil . not only did they not change the oil at all , it has no oil now . am so annoyed right now . i have to waste my time going back up there tomorrow if their even open .am never coming back to this shop and it’s literally the closest shop to my house but i rather driver further out. if i never double checked i would have ran into other issues easily for no reason . i simple oil change smh . do not bring your car to this shop for anything

The customer service welcome at the front is good.
But the service like suck.
I used to love this place and I would drive 30-40 mn just for my usual tire services cuz I know they are good and responsive.
it is a Saturday I do understand BUT they take 1hr15 to pull my car in to start working on even though I have an appointment.
Sending this to the store manager.
Yall need to check your employees.
They slow like a turtle and don’t know what is priority and such.
I won’t make another come back.

Made appointment for oil change at 9a. The first person there and it took over an hour for an oil change. I got an email saying it was done and it still took them 30 minutes to get me my car. Will never be back.

The worst Firestone store I know, passing all the cars in front of my appointment, waiting 2 hours after your appointment, visibly not wanting to do the service, that is, refusing to do the service completely unprofessional, it is a lack of respect for the consumer I have never seen this in the US! I do not recommend this store!

The absolute lack of integrity was astounding! People, please save yourself from unnecessary frustration and avoid this particular establishment. I cannot wrap my head around the LACK of care and professionalism from these particular individuals posing as professionals. To all the honest mechanics out there .....May God Bless You.

If I could put less than one star, I would. Paying to much for how little effort they put into fixing your car. They told me to pick it up the next day I come back the next day then they tell me is not ready to come back in two days. Rude employees not happy to be working there just receiving a pay check

I can’t believe this store is still in business off Monfort Road. Reading reviews these days is very important, so please take a moment to read each one. There’s no way 19 people would say the same thing about this location if it weren’t true. Travis is a scam and unprofessional. Not only will you be overcharged, but you will also be lied to.
If you decide to do business with this company, please have your lawyer on standby. I took my car in for a starter problem on August 19, and here it is, September 23, and I still have no car fixed and no parts delivered to fix my starter. They gave me a faulty starter and caused damage to my car while trying to access it. After Firestone fixed my car, it broke down just four days later.
I then took it to Qualify BMW Shop, where they took pictures and noticed that someone had broken the inside of my car while trying to reach the starter. They also found missing knobs, which are causing my car to leak and not work properly. I have spent a lot of money on Ubers and instant rides due to Firestone not taking care of my car properly the first time on August 19.
Travis promised my part would be in on September 9, 2024, but here it is September 23, 2024, and the area manager hasn’t reached out to resolve the issue. Ladies and gentlemen, please read the reviews. I was advised that the area manager would call me within two business days, but it has been a month, and no one has contacted me. I have a call log that shows otherwise.
I have also contacted a news station to warn others. Please be careful coming to the Monfort location. The reviews from others explain why there is a Preston location (17415 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas 75252) that has a 4.2 rating and better reviews. Please consider seeking legal advice if needed.

I had a 3:00 appointment for an alignment. At 5:15 they still had not even started on my car. At no point did they mention they were running behind. When I asked the employee at the counter why they hadn’t started since I made an appointment, she told me that the appointment was more like an estimate, like at a doctors office. I’ve never waited 2.5 hours for my doctors appointment. She said I should be next, but wasn’t sure when they could start. The whole point of making an appointment is to guarantee getting in for service. Totally wasted my afternoon.

I just wanted to express my disappointment in Travis. I had a hard time ordering rims and tires at Firestone. Travis, a manager there, said he would assist me and I was very excited as they were for my son's first pickup truck. Well, he led me on for a week and finally got tired of me and lied to me. To get rid of me he said that Firestone no longer worked with a 3rd party to order rims. That was different from what the Firestone and Forest Lane had claimed. As a last shot, I called Firestone on Lovers Lane. Talk about great service! They ordered my rims and tires and had them mounted in a few days. I don't know what I would have done without the help of the Lovers Lane office. I just couldn't believe that he lied to me just so he didn't have to bother.

Absolutely the shadiest company. We dropped our car off for a test on the ac system. When we picked it up chunks of the sidewall of the driver’s side front and back tire were missing from the sidewall. When we brought this to their attention they tried to claim that had been there and said there was nothing they would do. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate offices and small claims if need be, this is not how your run a business!!

They allow their Elite customers to park in the handicapped spot! I called the shop to the young lady named Erica and she stated that they would not be moving it because it's one of their high end customers. So I filled a complete with the city of Dallas.
