Firestone at Montfort is a lousy place to have your car serviced. All the people here, especially Travis the store manager, Andy the service manager and Arthur the lead technician, are all arrogant jerks. I'm not holding my breath for Firestone to do anything to fix this location because the Area Manager, Pete O'Connor, is an idiot. I have stopped going to Firestone Montfort and have found a different Firestone store that is 100 times better. It's like dealing with a different company. Firestone Montfort can go to hell. One thing to remember.....do not buy tires from Firestone Montfort. Travis the store manager overcharged me on a set of 4 tires to the tune of over $300. Lord, I feel so much better getting the hell away from Firestone Montfort.

They were very responsive. My issue was resolved quickly and my battery warranty was honored without issue.

My battery died while driving. I had to wait on three tow trucks until someone could tow my vehicle to Firestone. They came to the rescue! Thank you, Nicole, for going above and beyond to order the battery and staying after hours to assist me. You all are lifesavers! I'm very grateful and happy with the service provided.

This is one of those auto shops where they will take advantage of you to make more money. Went in for a patch job, said I needed a whole new tire. Got it patched up no problem for free somewhere else. They are crooks that try to hide. Do not goService: Tires

Don’t trust when they say you need to replace with new tires, check with other places. Had couple incidents with this particular location where they asked to replace but it wasn’t required. Saved $300-400. If you want save yours confirm with different place.

Rude! I called to inquire about new tires and the response I got was “ yeah I got a lotta people in line so you’ll have to give me a minute. Hold on.” He sounded annoyed with me and had an extremely rude tone. I hung up immediately and took my business elsewhere. Would NOT recommend.

Not even 1 Star is deserved from the way I have been treated and the service on my car . Just be aware the shop here plays the guessing game at your expense . 35 years of experience and playing a guessing game .And I was told the cost of the work to be dun to my car would be $1300 and yup that person is not there so I was charge $1700 per the service mange and so I was called and told my car was ready 2 times and the car didn't even make it out of the bay .3 rd time i went to pick my car up, everything seemed to be working fine and Lord and behold , it did the same thing the very next morning and i winded up walking to work . 3 attempt s to get it right . So I ask for a refund and I was told ( I am not getting my money back and that had to take the car back in ) after 3 times, they need to continue the work. Buying parts I don't need . no way I am dun with this Firestone , may as well be some corner shop off the street.

They swept my tire key. I come here where they tell me that they don't have it to go to the dealer and to bring them the receipt, that is, it was their negligence to ruin the key for me and it is their responsibility to fix that, not to waste my time. lousy service the worst I do not recommend it

Big thank you to you guys Florida I get to your place you make a spot for me to take care of my breaks that cleburne neighbors do for couple times I explain the whys the problem and you guys take care of perfectly I appreciate your hard work and you and you being honest and the way you guys treat your customers beat thank you again.Cleburne Firestone need more training to take care of the mechanical like you guys do

I've taken my car to this Firestone location and used to swear by them. Recent visits have been a completely different story. Took my car there for an oil change and coolant service this week. Made the appointment a few days in advance and went over the very standard work I wanted done when I arrived, leaving the car all day while I was at work nearby. When I called at 3:30 to check on the work status, I was told that the coolant service wasn't on the work order and merely needed to be checked. I told them to do the work and ended up waiting there until 6 pm to get it done. The coolant reservoir was old and had cracks I'd repaired months earlier. Rather than source a new reservoir (a $50 part available just about anywhere), they removed the fixes I had in place, re-placed them, rendering them ineffective, and created additional damage that simply could not be fixed. Then they let me drive it away, knowing I'd be out of coolant in a short time. A 30-mile tow and $100 in parts and antifreeze later, I installed a new reservoir myself. The desk associate, Nicole, was awful. She couldn't have cared less. Blamed another associate for the miss on the work order, never apologized for the miss, and just couldn't be bothered by the situation. I didn't even get a thank you for spending $300 on an incomplete job. Never going back.

This review would be a five star because the customer service agent actually gave me something to look up on the vehicle that I purchased and I think he led me right.My only issue is a bit of counsel instead of a direct rebuke. The man was definitely stressed and I understand. He had people in front of him and once he said that I was alright because he would have to look up the item.So I was okay calling back, but there is a need to be cordial and to say "Thank You for your call", that would have been just fine. So this isn't in my feelings a normal day for him. I just want him to realize that he has all the control. And everybody must be patient, even me.Other than that, he at least knew what I was getting at, despite not knowing the ends and outs of my own vehicle. Right now I believe I found the problem, but I still need to have it confirmed. And just for the fact that he did help in a slightly rude, but understandable situation. I am upgrading the rating to 4 stars instead of 3.As long as they know what there talking about, I can overlook a bad day. So to management give him a pad on the back for maintaining his cool in a tough time.

Really slow service. I came in at 8:45am for a state inspection. An hour and a half later, they still hadn't looked at it. The front desk guy was making personal calls instead of actually doing his job. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, what happened to you guys??

Took my car here because of a flat tire. The guy up front told me the tire was flat because I didn’t drive for two days, and invalidated it. Went somewhere down the road and there was a nail, and the other place fixed it in 15 minutes. If you have a tire issue go to High 5 Tires instead.

I bring my Jeep here a couple times a year. They always do good work, are friendly and helpful, and prices are far more reasonable than a dealership.It is worth getting their credit card for larger purchases as there is 0% APR for several months. I keep mine for emergencies while traveling since they have locations all over the country. I prefer Firestone to their "Good" competitor.

6.5 hours for them to change one tire. I'm missing an appointment because of their lateness. Disappointing and I'll go elsewhere next time.
