UNDERSTAFFED TO THE POINT OF BEING UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE.
I have been a customer of this Firestone location for decades. The quality of service has certainly varied over the years, but had always been satisfactory.
My car sent me a low tire pressure warning on Saturday night. I went to the Firestone website to make an appointment to have the tire fixed. The earliest time the website would let me schedule was 4pm on Sunday. I came in at 3:30 pm on Sunday and was told that they would be unable to fix my tire because the technician had to leave early. I was advised to come back in the morning.
On Monday morning, I arrived at this location at 7:30 to have my flat tire repaired. I was told that no technicians were on the premises, and that they didn't expect one until 9:00 or 9:30. I asked about having my alignment done as well and was told a technician for that would not be available until 11:00!
As I write this review, I am sitting in their lobby waiting for a technician to show up to fix my tire.

I am a new customer and Gia is the best. Her customer servicecskills are outstanding and she goes above and beyond to take care of you. She is the reason I am a new customer. She needs to be a manager, this is what customers value people like her.

They repaired a flat tire for free. They did it very quickly and had availability when I called to make an appointment.

Team manager Garrison in the spring valley location and apparently Forest ln told me to Google corporate number after laughing in my face regarding a complaint. He then preceded to tell me that the area Manager, Pete Connor doesn’t have contact information. No matter what your logic is on the situation store manager, it’s NOT PROFESSIONAL to laugh in a customers face and not provide corporate number. Customer service is non existent and that’s sad.

Came in on a Sunday morning because I woke up to a flat tire!! This shop is literally 750 yards from my townhome! When I got there, Gilbert had the store opened and told me it was FREE to fix my flat!! I then went on to schedule new tires in the coming month!
Needless to say, this is my NEW STORE

It took 25 minutes before I could get checked in for my appointment. I’m not sure why they took so long to check the person before me. It would have been more understandable if they even acknowledged me standing there waiting. I was there for two hours for an oil change and tire.

Incompetente workers-and service !
I Wanted to get an alignment on my ram 3500
I gave them a call and asked if they can do it on this specific truck, he says yes .
so i make the drive to the shop just to be told “oh we cant do it on that truck”
Like pay attention to what you say on the phone and do your job right!
I don’t have free time for an unprofessional and uninformed worker to be wasting it.

The people who work at this Firestone are always super nice and attentive. They always make an effort to save me some money, and are very professional.

I purchased 2 new tires, May 6, 2024. When I went to pick up my car, the tires looked really bad, dirty, and scratched. The installer said they had to use a machine to cram them on. I said, for the perception of the customer, they should clean the tires after installing them so the customer does not think they are used. He said they are out of tire shine or cleaner. I asked how long they have been out. He said over a month. I suggested they could buy some at the 2 auto parts stores walking distance. He said they do not use that brand, they use a better brand. Well currently they use zero brand so Armor All is better than no brand at all. He said the tires are new and he can prove it by measuring them. I am not disputing the tires age. I have never had brand new tires look so bad. I told him I wanted my old tires put back on. He said it is up to the manager who is gone for the day. He said he does not know if the manager will approve it but I could leave the car.
I told him I am not comfortable buying tires at this location if this is how they do business. He said, "Don't buy tires here then". Well I agree but I did not know this was Firestones or maybe this locations standards until I bought the tires. Who knows what other essential products they are out of that are necessary for tire installation or other services they provide.
Update May 7: I spoke to the manager, Gersson. He said Firestone is not in business to sell tires that look good. Only tires that perform. I explained I do not feel comfortable doing business with Firestone if they can not understand the importance in delivering tires that look and perform well. Doing sloppy work makes me wonder about the quality of the work.

Services is very slow. I've been through several tire patches not sure why it's taking 45 min to complete the job. Staff needs to communicate better with clients!!
