They really helped me out fixing my alternator and battery issues. They went above and beyond helping make sure everything was right. They were super helpful, kind and just some really nice guys. They are the best. 100% coming here again

Russ is a terrific technician who excels at his expertise and Andy and Maurice were good advisors. Russ took the time to talk to me and explain the situation with my older car and parts availability and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He does excellent alignments as well.

I showed up before the doors open and still had to wait 6 hours for some tires just go to Walmart

Very friendly and accommodating. I had a great first experience at this establishment. I have a fleet vehicle and had some trouble with my car battery. This location ran tests, found the problem and replaced what was needed.

This is not so much a review of the shop overall. I just like to point out that at least one employee there went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion to help me my brother out. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing because the valve on our tire, you know the one where you hook up whatever you're using to put air in the tire flew out. Thus, immediately deflating the tire obviously. So at the shop My brother went inside and they told him that it's going to take longer than 5 minutes and they're about to close. So no they're not going to do it. So we were standing outside trying to figure out what we were going to do and somebody, whom I wish I had caught their name, came out and helped us.. he put the valve back in, put air in the tire and even put the tire back on the car and didn't ask for a penny. Like I said, I wish I knew his name but he reminded me that there are still good people out there. So whoever you are... thank you.

Lost a customer for life for TERRIBLE SERVICE.
This and the 15th Street location are the worst service centers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

3 hours BEFORE closing they refused to do our oil change. I get it, tomorrow is the 4th but why stay open if you don't want to work?
There was ONE vehicle so you can't even say that it was because you all were busy.
