Sold me a faulty tv that went out in 3 days I called back and they said it’s nothing they can do about it. I do not recommend going to this pawn shop. The products they are selling should both be be re sold

Unprofessional, inconsiderate & raunchy staff; yet still purchased a $1,000.00 necklace. Don’t regret my purchase but being someone doing business from out of town and them not being mindful of me traveling to their location to pickup a layaway just shows how shady they are. Won’t shop here again and don’t recommend shopping here for anyone considering it. Go do business somewhere else .

Horrifyingly slow customer service. Always seem to be missing employees. I go in I just one to make a simple payment and I'm standing there for 18 minutes. I understand that people pawning items takes time, you have to test it try it out make sure it's gold whatever. But my God people my God have somebody there to get the ones that want to get in and out quickly out the door. Don't hold me hostage thinking I'm going to look around and buy something now while I'm waiting for one of only two people in the whole facility. No sense of urgency from the employees at this location none at all. I mean seriously you can't have somebody there just to take payments

Trash tried selling my ps4 bro goes an say he can’t sell it bc of the controller wasn’t turning on the ps4 like bro turn the system on first then plug in USB cord connect it to the controller then turn it on dummy ??♂️? the system is rested so ofc the controller not gonna turn it on.
