I had an incredible experience with First Convenience Bank! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness. Their customer service truly stands out — every staff member seems genuinely eager to help and make sure you feel valued. I want to especially thank Anthony, who went above and beyond to assist me in opening another checking account. His professionalism, patience, and welcoming attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It's rare to find such a caring and supportive bank that truly puts its customers first. I highly recommend First Convenience Bank to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly banking experience. Five stars all the way!

It is the worst service in a bank I have ever seen.
They are always in a bad mood. I can't understand if they don't like what they do because they are there. If you arrive 10 minutes early they tell you that it is already closed. I think that the manager sets the rules and not the executives because they change managers a lot and depending on who is there. That's the service they give you, how can they allow that and I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me send the comment but they don't deserve a single star.

The GPS says that it closes at 6 and they close much earlier and they no longer serve you. I drove from a distance to get there on time and it turns out that it was already closed

I just want to say the customer service isn't good at any of the locations that I've gone to theywon't acknowledge that they will be with you only two people are working when there is four there I'm I've been trying to give them I've been trying to give them chance after chance so I'm taking my business to Chase

I came to the bank because it said that it was open until 6pm and it turns out that it was closed since 5pm, I drop all the way here for nothing.

This location does not close 7. This needs to be updated drive about 40 minutes to get here before 7 and could not be helped!

Horrible experience, worst customer service, rude employees, if you call them to ask questions , when they can’t answer you, they hang up on your face and when you call back they transfer you to customer service, if you visit they are really slow and you have to waist your time in a Baran here and in the end they always forget something. Literally the most inconvenience bank.

Don't use the ATM at this location unless you like large bills you can't use anywhere. The machine gives out $50 dollar bills instead of the usually$20.
