These low ratings are misleading. I feel like a person will complain if they’re having a bad day. Everyone that myself and my family interact with at this location are great. The branch manager, Jason answers every question you have and is always there to help you out. Even if it is busy, you get taken care of rather quickly.

I have been with this bank for over 8 years, I've never received the treatment I received today(1/10/24) at the bank inside of Walmart on Gus Thomasson. Unfortunately, I only had one teller to choose from, a young man that goes by the name of Joshua(teller #7491)he was the only teller there. He looked up and spotted me walking his way before I made it to him and then put his head down as he was writing something and made me stand there for at least 1-2 minutes before he lifted his head to stare at me in silence, he finally answered with YES, "I responded with, I would like to deposit this check", more silence. He began making my deposit and as he finished, he never looked up as he slid my receipt across to me. Prior to approaching this young man, I had planned to ask questions about financing a car for me, but after this type of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never choose this bank for a loan, and thinking seriously about moving to another bank.

I can't believe the rating is so low. I've been banking here for 2 years now and I NEVER have a problem. I usually see the same employees too, they are professional and do their job. We even have brief, friendly conversations as they are working. Multi taskers ! Maybe once or twice in that time have I waited long in line [10-20mins], and that was because they were servicing a senior citizen or someone was opening an account.

The Atm doesn’t work most of the time & the line is always soooooooooooooooo slow like do they know what they’re doing or not trained enough. I’m really close to closing my bank account here & going somewhere else.

This bank forces you to open an account. I tried to send money through Western Union. The teller said "we need the actual social security card, not just the number, unless you open an account with us." The manager was in back laughing and bragging that he didn't give change back to non-account holders.

I wouldn’t give them no stars if I could! They have basically falsely advertised overdraft protection! I have order checks twice! I ask for Corprate number or email an I was advised no corporate exit. So who really take care of our money then! No corporate! Customer service can never answer direct questions! Inconvenient ATM’s you have to go inside Walmart here in Dallas Texas just to pull out money! Dallas! You have to go inside to make a deposit my other bank allowed me Thur ATM! I should’ve did more investigative work before just choosing a bank near me! I will be closing this account!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had banking. The teller had an attitude cashing my payroll check when it has been cashed there twice before. She told me I have never cashed there. Then she went BACK on what she said and said the totals are different. I explained I make commission and she needed the number of my employer before I cashed the check. I gave her the number and she called some random number on the internet and said I can't take a number from you, because it might be fake. I asked her didn't you cash a check for me before and it was okay so what's the problem? Basically she didn't know what she was doing and wasted 30 minutes of my time being EXTREMELY slow and there was a line behind me. I will NEVER go back to her and warn everyone they try to sign up at this Walmart when they walk in to NOT DO IT!
