They need to update their google info when I push the location that I wanna call which is Walmart on Samual why does it only give the main customer service number and not the location I sat on hold for 30 minutes when I could have call the location and someone would answer immediately

Two of the young men that helped me there are very helpful and very nice and polite and every time I go they help me I have no complaints

They just do very basic services and everything beyond the very basic has to get approved through the office in Killeen. The call center employees don't know what they're doing. If you call a few times, you are likely to get a different answer each time.

I don't know if some of the positive reviews are sarcasm or not. This is the most understaffed location with the slowest service (a minimum of 15-20 standing in unmoving line). If this branch was not where it is now, it'd have been shut down

??♂️ it's a bank. I don't see the issue. Plus they have an Express lane for deposits only which is perfect for me. I wish they would get ATM machines that accept cash deposits. Or get those free standing machines like other banks for drive through.

I will try to change this bank, I have tried to withdraw 1,500 a couple of times and they want to give me 10 and 20 bills that because they don't have 100 bills, I can't believe that a bank doesn't have 100 bills and 50 minutes waiting in line for nothing?

Horrible service. There were 5 employee/bank tellers and only 2 of the 5 at the teller window taking customers and yet there was a line of 9 people standing there waiting in line. Their actions demonstrated they could care less. One got right up and headed out to lunch without a care in the world with the line growing by the moment with the other two sauntering around without a care in the world. Customers to them were more of an inconvenience. The name of this branch in this location should First "Inconveniences' Bank be star that is obviously what we were to them. I plan to never come here again.
