Helpful staff and wide selection. My son got interested in fish when he was in middle school. After proving this was more than a passing fade, we went to Fish Gallery when it was on Greenville Ave. to upgrade. They were helpful and informative. Taught my son about water testing and which fish worked best with what he wanted to do. The new Addison area store is very nice and we always spend time just walking around looking.

One of the prettiest, well kept aquarium supply stores I’ve ever seen! Their stock is heathy, well cared for, and diverse, their aquatic plant selection is stellar, their prices are competitive, and don’t get me started on the customer service! This will definitely be my go-to location for all my aquarium needs!

This Aquarium is the nicest store in all of Dallas. It is very clean, very well laid out and well-maintained. The employees are very knowledgeable and keen to educate. Perfect store to start a hobby. In a short amount of time, this store has become my go to.

This place is amazing, I was left speechless with the quality of their products and how much variety of fish they have. Jessy was extremely helpful and I had a fantastic experience overall. Totally recommend it.

Excellent customer service! The staff were very friendly and a particular team member (can't remember their name. Short black hair and cool eyeliner) made my child feel like a VIP! Great selection of stock. Will be returning soon!

I’ve given this place several chances and each time I’m disappointed. Tried to order a custom tank a year ago and no one would ever call me back or even give me the time of day. I’ve tried a few other times and the salt water live stock is sad… corals are dead or dying. They don’t have any CUC items the three times I’ve tried to get some. Went in last week looking for Reef frenzy food “online shows they’re a dealer” didn’t see any in the freezer asked the associate and he didn’t have a clue what I was even asking about. If you’re into salt water I would go anywhere else.

A broad selection of Fish! Prices are a tad steep, but the products and selections are unmatched!

Very professional staff. Visiting here is not your standard visit to Petco. The aquariums are all well maintained and they can set up any variety of aquarium or aquatic environments for your home.

REVISED BY EDIT: I have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars because the Vice President of The Fish Gallery apparently noticed my negative review (see below) and contacted me with an offer to look into my refund to make sure I get it, to apologize for the poor customer service I received prior to his getting involved, and to send me some free fish food for my trouble. (The refund and fish food have now arrived.) All were appreciated - the apology most of all - and I did have success ordering from them a few times before this most recent debacle, so I reckon I will (cautiously) try them again in the future.* * * * * * * * * *More than 3 weeks ago I ordered a few items online; my credit card was charged immediately. After 2 weeks I called because I had heard and received nothing. Apparently my order slipped through the cracks. "Sorry," the guy said, "I'll get that order out to you today." After another week (today) I called again because I still had heard and received nothing. "Sorry," the guy said, "I can't help you with that, but a person who can will call you back right away." No one called. Instead, I later got an email telling me that my order had just been canceled and my money would be refunded - in several more days.I have no doubt that if I had not called multiple times over multiple weeks, they would have simply kept my money and never sent nor said anything. As it is I won't believe that they actually refunded my money until my credit card company confirms it.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THE FISH GALLERY. Customer service there is so shoddy that it borders on the criminal. You've been warned.

Wow - what a gorgeous layout! Really high quality products with friendly and knowledgeable staff to direct you. I was looking for my lil home 300 gal pond and they cater to high end luxury home and office and professional aquaculture. A lot of brands and equipment here is different than your typical supply store and that I was not familiar with but they assured me it was nothing but quality products!

Avoid at all costStaff is rude. Won't acknowledge your existence until it is time to take your money.Every other LFS I've been to has been super friendly. They don't help with water changes, and their water is .50/gallon more expensive than everywhere else.Livestock selection. For saltwater is pretty much non-existent, and over-priced. Coral selection is anemic.Do yourself a favor l, go to the Coral station, right up the road for corals, and Exotic Aquatics, Aquatic Designs, or Dallas North Aquarium for water (all in the local area).

My FAVORITE place to shop for all our koi pond needs! They have an amazing selection of beautiful fish and a great variety of plants. The store is GORGEOUS as well. This has quickly become my one stop shop for all my quality fish and plants. The employees and attentive and knowledgeable, and the store itself is stunning! It's by far the prettiest fish store I've ever been to!

absolutely amazing aquatic store. the storefront itself already looked beautiful, with a little (koi?) mini pond outside.as i walked in i was honestly stunned. the place is beautiful; nicely organized rows of products and tanks as far as the eye could see. the space was very clean too. near the front windows were two long (several hundred gallon) tanks that had a bunch of koi in them. they had a small shelf next to them that sold some fancy goldfish (shubunkins, ranchus, pearlscales).very large selection of freshwater fish, equipment, tanks, stands, hardscape (with a scaping station/sandbox), plants (live and fake), RO and salt water, etc.. basically anything you could ever need for your aquarium. some of the larger tanks on sale were dry scaped so that you could see kind of how it would look.the giant wall display tanks and the co2-injected display tank in the middle of the store had me speechless. you must come here; this might be my go-to store.
