This store never disappoints me. From the head scratchers to the organic lip balm 6 packs for 5 dollars. Because I use lotion like it's water, this will always be one of my favorite stores. Plus who doesn't love plushies and iphone accessories for five bucks. This particular store was very well stocked and very well organized. Whoever did there display designs and setups
It's very talented. We did get to this start early in the morning on a weekday. If I happen by the store again, I will take pictures.

As I enter the store to purchase last minute gifts for coworkers, I was greeted with these words “ WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES “ so I turned around and walked out. Which i’m sure pleased your staff member. But is this really where we are at in retail and restaurants and any other place that’s how you greet customers who come in to spend money so that you can have a job Well, you have lost me as a customer. And why spend all that money on the self checkouts when they’re always closed and staff member scans your purchases

This was my 1st time shopping at Five Below. The store was very conveniently located in a Dallas shopping center. There was plenty of parking, even with all the Christmas shoppers. The store was very clean and organized and not picked-over, like other stores we shopped at. Check out lines were moving quickly. 5 Stars - Five Below - I'm Impressed

I placed an online order, but I never received a fulfillment email. I stopped by the store on my way home just to check if it was ready. The poor cashier at the front was trying to help his customers, and me. He called for his manager 4 times before she made an appearance. There were several other employees standing around and they did not offer to help him, or me. When the manager arrived to approve my order for release- I let her know that I ordered 2 items, and there was only one. She told me that they probably didn’t have 2 yesterday (because there was a barrel full of the item at the front of the store and I found the other item there) and that I would only be charged for 1. Which is fine, but when I asked her if she had a receipt or proof that I would only be charged for 1 she said no. That they weren’t required to provide that. So I asked what do I do if I am charged for 2? She said I could come back to the store, so I asked for her name so that I knew who to ask for in the event that I had to come back. She said she didn’t have to give that information either. I asked for a phone number to call for customer service just so I could call and make sure I wasn’t charged for 2 things. She gave me a business card for corporate office- I went ahead and purchased the other item I ordered.
But just so we all know, I’m pretty sure the employee stranded at the front with no help called “Veronica” the manager 4 times to come help me.
I simply wanted proof that I was paying for 1 item. Just like I have to show proof I was the person who ordered the items- I had to show my driver license.
Happy New Year, it takes very little to be kind.

Couldn’t use my gift card because the machine didn’t work and employees could t figure out how to do it. No apologies
