tried to call ahead to check if an item was in stock and phone wouldn't ring. upon arrival the manager informed me that their phone had not worked in a long time. the young kid that helped me out with shoes was super rude and didnt know what a shoe horn was when i asked him for one to try on some shoes. once i was able to get him to understand what a shoe horn was he rudely informed me that they (a shoe store) did not have any shoe horns for ppl trying on shoes lol. i only give 2 stars (instead of 1) because the manager and the girl that was at the register were actually very nice despite the other kid who helped me.

I would love to come pick up my shoes I ordered but they won’t answer their phone. I’ve been trying for days now. Horrible customer service inside the store too. I guess you can’t expect any more at a Foot Locker in the Galleria, lol.

This store doesn’t answer their phone. I’ve been calling 3 days straight to see if they had a particular shoe. With gas prices so expensive, they should be mindful of meeting customer needs.

Ordered shoes yesterday for store pickup. Received the email for pickup last night. The hours on the email - from Foot Locker - said they opened at 10. Drove over 50 miles - one way - to pick my shoes up only to find out that they don't open until 12. When I got the store managers attention through the glass all he would say was that they don't open until 12 and couldn't just give me my shoes because they hadn't been processed yet in their system. Which is funny because they most definitely took the money out of my bank account already. They were most unhelpful and unsympathetic for their mistake.

Bought a pair of shoes online for store pickup. Got the pickup email last night and it says the store hours for Sunday are 10 to 7. I drove over 50 miles to find out that they do not open until 12. They are not answering the phone or the email I sent. Guess I am just stuck here waiting. Wasting one of the only days I have with my kids.
