Worst customer service ever!

I rarely write reviews but felt that I needed to do the public a service by warning them about this company. Unfortunately in 2016 we decided to switch our phone service to Foremost. The problems started from the first week of service and never improved in the 3 years we were obligated under a contract to stay with them. There were constant disruptions in service where our phones were completely down. The disruptions would last a day to several days. To remedy this, we had our employees using their cell phones to call clients but unfortunately the clients couldn't call us because our phones were completely out. Each time there was a disruption, Foremost had an excuse, either a switch was turned off accidentally or there was bad weather or flooding somewhere else in the US that was causing a disruption of our phone service several hundred miles away.

Spammers and Scammers! Do NOT ANSWER! They have a few locations throughout Texas- area codes: 210, 469 (a couple of them), 972, 956, 361 and toll free #s 1-866 and 1-800. They call repeatedly! Over and over and even when they say they will add you to the do not call list....they end up calling from a different #.
