The manager here is soo rude and adamant she wasn't even ready to listen that the top i bought had lipstic stain inside and i couldn't wear it infact one more top was little torn due to the wiring inside it and even after showing everything she was like we cannot refund because we are closing and its final sale! What the hell? If you are closing doesn't mean you scam others and doesn't mean the final sale items can be damaged!! All she had to tell me was you can throw or donate but we cannot refund!
Please check nicely before buying unlike me!

Went here Friday and purchased $35.00 sleeper pants! Got home washed them as normal, the band popped that actually hold the waste of the pants up! I’ll never spend another $1 on this crap and couldn’t exchanged cause i washed some pants 30 people maybe tried on! Returning what I can of a 509 ticket. No compensation and I had my receipt to purchase date! The manager here sucks. This is the entire inside around. Never worn.

These employees are dumber than a box of rocks. They have no idea where products are within the store. It’s a Thursday evening and the store looks like 50% off clearance day at the thrift store. It’s amazingly unorganized .And I don’t know if it’s gym time or a strip club time. A lot of them are dressed inappropriately.

I love forever 21 and went in expecting to spend some money. However this is the most disorganized store I've ever seen. I ended up leaving because it was stressful just being in there. Items really should be sorted by style, instead of having summer shorts scattered across a dozen racks spanning two storeys.

It’s been years since shopping at this fast fashion store. I went with my sister since she young and wanted to shop. The cashier was very pushy when it came to sharing an email with them, I said no again and again and he kept pushing stating that I would lose my receipt and that I should have a spam email. Then finally when I got him to stop he still forced me to give him a name. After that he then try to sell me on the credit card, when stated no several time only then did he stop and allowed someone else to take over. It reminded me why I don’t shop here. I hate how much the companies force their workers to sign up as many people as they can. Over all just TERRIBLE customer service from the cashiers.

Not once did someone even acknowledge that I was in the store. I was there for over an hour.Also, I would have appreciated being told that their systems are down and can’t take gift cards or store credit transactions right now.It’s common courtesy to let your shoppers know BEFORE they get to the check out.

Went to return jeans. Was constantly asked about exchanging it instead of returning and I told the cashier I had already exchanged them before but neither pair fit. she then says well maybe you should try plus size if they’re not fitting. I’m a size 8 btw. Then proceeds to give me a store credit instead of the original payment method. Horrible customer experience
