It’s been years since shopping at this fast fashion store. I went with my sister since she young and wanted to shop. The cashier was very pushy when it came to sharing an email with them, I said no again and again and he kept pushing stating that I would lose my receipt and that I should have a spam email. Then finally when I got him to stop he still forced me to give him a name. After that he then try to sell me on the credit card, when stated no several time only then did he stop and allowed someone else to take over. It reminded me why I don’t shop here. I hate how much the companies force their workers to sign up as many people as they can. Over all just TERRIBLE customer service from the cashiers.

Not once did someone even acknowledge that I was in the store. I was there for over an hour.Also, I would have appreciated being told that their systems are down and can’t take gift cards or store credit transactions right now.It’s common courtesy to let your shoppers know BEFORE they get to the check out.

Went to return jeans. Was constantly asked about exchanging it instead of returning and I told the cashier I had already exchanged them before but neither pair fit. she then says well maybe you should try plus size if they’re not fitting. I’m a size 8 btw. Then proceeds to give me a store credit instead of the original payment method. Horrible customer experience

One of you’re male employees was at the cashier register he asked for my email and I gave him it I noticed he spelt it wrong as he typed I was going to correct him and he immediately clicked yes on the machine I caught him last second as I looked away. I myself needed to check it as the customer. Basically he was putting in whatever to get an email It being right or wrong and stopped customers from correcting him and waisting time. Ridiculous. What if I needed my receipt emailed ! I would of not have got it.

The best branch ever.. so organized and clean.. the staff are so helpful n you would get a personalized service when you need it.. I was so impressed with the manager Daptne who was so friendly n extra helpful, putting so much effort to find my item size in other branches. She was so caring n understanding. I’m so happy with that branch n keep visiting n shopping.. I would highly recommend that location n so thankful for their help.

While in the dressing room I had tried on a army green dress with pockets and inside the pockets was one of those security tag that was open. As I was trying on the dress, the sharp pin scratched my leg and started to sting and bleed.This store is not well organized and not careful how to dispose their security tags. Could have this location sued based on customer injury. Satisfy your customers correctly!

I am Forever21 shopper for a long time. I had bought a bunch of shirts and since due to COVID the fitting room are still closed, I was sure I will return some after trying them all at home. I head to this location since it is the closest one to my home, time was 6:50, and the store would be closed at 7. The associate at the entrance door didn’t let us in. I talked to here and I become angry, I said your behavior is not right, ten minutes is left to be closed. I explained here I drove a long way after work only for return. Finally, she let me in. But it was so unprofessional and rude. I have had never seen any store wouldn’t let customer in that soon! I was not even supposed to explain why I was there either for shopping or return! I do understand that sometimes people are inconsiderate and come to the store in the last minute and expect to shop! I have worked in retail and I have seen this kind of customers a lot, and we would always get along with them. But I didn’t expect them to let me in at 7! It was 6:50I hope the store manager would read this review

I called the store to check on an item because I bought the wrong size, so I wanted to know if the correct size is available before I go to the store because it was 40 mins from my house but this girl called Daphne (i think thats her name) just made me sit on my phone for 15 mins. I hung up, i called again and she picked up, again she did the same thing made me wait for 15 mins. Very bad customer service, i ended up driving to the store to check it myselt. Poor service!

The store was a bit messy, but there are some cute things here! Found a really cute floral shirt for 3$ on sale! The customer service wasn't the best, but it was decent.

Rude cashier named Diavian. Told me that I was "ruining her life" for bringing in some items from a online order to return. Asked me why I was returning the items. Sweetie, I ordered 30 items and returned 8. For such a large order, something is bound to not fit right or look like the pictures online. Duh!! Don't question me. Just process my return!Then she messed up the transaction- was supposed to return all the items, add on a item I wanted to purchase, then refund me difference. Instead she did it in 2 transactions- she refunded all of the items, gave me a receipt for that, then made me purchase my coat separately.
