Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about my injections and guided me through the process to determine what would work best for me. She made me feel completely at ease, especially since I haven’t had much work done before. She did my lip filler, chin filler, and Botox, and the results were even better than I imagined. I would 100% recommend her and will definitely be back!

Elizabeth the nurse practitioner injector was recommended to me by a family friend after I saw how smooth her face was after Botox/Dysport treatment. In my consult, she suggested filler to replace lost volume with aging and I am so happy she did! Immediately after the injections I looked 10 years younger!! I will be coming back for laser resurfacing and Sculptra soon. You’re in good hands with Elizabeth NP!!

Really enjoy Formula Wellness - they do a great job at taking care of their patients. My only concern about it is, the new system they use charges me almost everytime I visit when I already have credits in my profile.
The nurses are great - the only other downside is Dr. Rudman is only one man to see so many patients which makes it difficult to actually get to see him and then when you do it’s a very short meeting not really explaining much. But the staff is great - shout out to the great nurses!

Taylor is very knowledgeable and placed me at ease during the procedure. I am so impressed with his expertise and how he explains everything in detail as he is doing his magic. I would definitely fly back to Dallas just to be treated by him. He was worth the trip. Sending me home with the extra mask and goodies was golden. I couldn't believe I was feeling better within an hour of leaving your office. Thanks a bunch !!!!!

Taylor Cooley is amazing! He made me feel super comfortable the entire time. He is so knowledgeable about all the laser procedures and immediately put my mind at ease by explaining everything in detail. He is genuinely caring and kind. My experience was phenomenal. Taylor made sure I understood all of the post-care process and reassured me that I could reach out if I needed anything afterwards. He truly cares for all his clients and it shows because he is so passionate about what he does.

8+ years as client FW has been life changing. I started as a patient in my early 40s, now early 50s. As a female these are transformative years. The owners Chrissy and Brian Rudman, along with their staff, have supported my needs and wellness in ways I could not have imagined. Brian and Chrissy garner a thorough understanding of their clients needs, they are innovative but at the same time pragmatic, authentic, compassionate and this translates to their staff as well.
