Only half of the dryers work and no hot water.Also about 3/4 of the TV's work.Does not look like they to fix anything!!!

This large gas station/laundromat is conveniently located on Harry Hines off of Loop 12. Plenty of gas pumps and parking are available. A large, clean and bright store welcomes you through two main entrances. One of the cleanest convenience stores I have seen with fully stocked shelves and a neatly arranged aisle of products. A large selection of delicious slushes to quench your thirst on a hot summer day in Dallas. Try the watermelon mixed with melon. Yum! The laundromat side is very clean as well. They have many washers of different sizes to wash your clothes with free dryers. The murals on the walls of the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas skyline are beautifully painted in bright colors for your viewing pleasure. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the 3 or 4 times I have been here, I've noticed the employees are not very friendly which takes away from how great the place is. Today I encountered a washer that was not dispensing water and had to be switched 2 times. I was given one refund for $6 but was out $14. I had a problem with 2 dryers that had to be restarted 3 times to finish drying my clothing. I lost out on money, products, and time.

This morning, I stopped to put gas and used pump #7. I paid cash $20.00 and as I began to pump, it suddenly stops at $4.00 in. I go and tell the store clerk and she said, to keep pumping and when I went outside it had a message, "All pumps have stopped". I go back into the store and tell her that it stopped and that I just wanted my money back. " Well, Corazon (she said in Spanish)., you need to remove the pump from your tank so I can give you a refund." Of course, with a rude tone. So, there I go again, I remove the pump from my tank, and put the ump back in its place and close up my tank, and again, I go back into the store to get my change. As I walk in, she is talking about me to another customer, like it's my fault that the pump just stopped suddenly, when she controls it from inside, or something. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Gossiping about me to another customer. I tried calling their number to file a complaint with her supervisor and when, I did, I heard the message," Either the number you dialed is out of service or you must use the correct area code......" OMG!!!! So, here I am writing about my bad experience here. To the Hispanic lady with dark hair, that was working there this morning at 8:57 a.m. 3/10/22, you need some customer service training desperately and I am hoping your boss reads this, so he knows how customers are being treated here. I WILL NEVER return to this location! Consumers Be Aware!

Workers here used racial slurs towards me. This place is a seedy location where undesirables hang out at. I would not advise you to spend your money here!!!

This place is also a laundromat where 50 washers work and only 6 are 7 dryer are working and all the other dryers are out order.. This is insane ! And not fair for people to waste there money and wait for hours on a dryer..

Just pulled in for the mini market - which was typical in assortment, pricing and service. Noticed the tacos pastor, which you need to pay at the store cashier and then bring your order over. Kind of unusual arrangement. Tacos were fine. Place to stop if you're driving by but wouldn't go out of the way to eat here.

I just witness at 8:30am on April 29th the crual cross eyed black security guard throwing a poor homeless guy out of the laundromat. The guy had just finished watching his laundry and was standing in the front with his basket of clean clothes. When the guy didn't move fast enough for security guard, the security guard grabbed the guys clean clothes out of his basket and threw them onto the wet dirty ground in front of the store. It was one of the crulist things I've seen in a long time!!!! I was so shocked i got out of my car to question the guard. He told me i needed to stay out of other people's business and if i didn't want to i could get off the property too. Then he said that they dident need my business i could leave too. It was crazy! I really don't think that was the professional way to have delt with the situation at hand!!!
