A Fred Loya customer backed into my truck in a parking lot July 5th, 2022. They first tried to accuse me of hitting their customer in my parked truck, then finally admitted fault after my insurance company intervened. But I have never been able to get them to respond, or make any attempt to repair damage to my vehicle.

Fred Loya Insurance company is by far the WORST Insurance company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Ghetto, unprofessional they continuously upcharge for every little thing!! And it seems every month they change and charge differently. Go into any of their offices and they just let the phone ring and never answer. I'm at this point done with them and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!! I'm reporting this company to the BBB

Wish I could give this company 0 or negative stars. I have been trying for almost 1 week to get someone on the phone after their driver struck my vehicle. This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Honestly getting in touch with the government is 1 million times easier. This company is awful and I can not stand the fact that this process has been dragged out for this long. Shameful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. 0 stars and -100 points really any way I can say this company is garbage, really trying to drive that point home.
